I really like these boots. The looks are great the feel is great. These apparently run a little big. I ordered 11 1/2 wide and they feel more like a 12. Nothing a pair of inserts did fix. I have received a lot of compliments on these boots.

Loved the color, and boot style. Was very excited. But this boot that was sent to me could not fit a man's 8.5 D foot. It looked like a woman's size it was so narrow. Even got the medium toe style. Could I have been sent the wrong boot? You have it in a woman's size I noticed. Please let me know. I'd like to have it sent again if the wrong boot was sent. Thanks.

Overview of boots said that had a composite sole. I figured this meant non-smooth with some sort of grip. They were smooth. This design does not fit my lifestyle and use for boots. I returned them. Boot Barn needs to update their online shopping and provide views of the entire boot and better descriptions.

Excellent boot. I'm a 9 1/2 wide and it fit perfectly. The break in will be minimal. It isnt a round toe though. I love the purchase.

The picture is poor quality. The shoes in the picture look like an olive or greenish brown. But these shoes are just brown. Nothing more. Very disappointing

Have worn Sage in the past, and these Sage boots are equally good. Lots of quality at a reasonable price

I've done a lot of research looking for a good pair of boots and being made in the USA is important to me so that helped eliminate more than half of what I was looking at. Reason being, i find myself telling my kids "they don't make things like they used to" more and more things are being made over seas for a cheaper price for the company but as a consumer, nothing is less expensive. I started to buy things made here in USA if I want quality and thats what I find when I do and that's what I found with these boots. They are great, the fit and finish is spot on. Sizing is accurate to my size, I didn't have to order up or down, just my size because I read that Abilene boots and shoes fit to your size which is a plus if you're buying online like I did. I don't typically like to buy shoes or clothes online because you can't physically see them so I was taking a chance. Which brings me to the second part of my review. After researching which boot to choose, now it was a matter of where. I chose Sheplers because of the great reputation and reviews they received from other consumers. There was a couple of other places I chose also so to figure it out, before I made my order, I called each place and asked some questions about the product. Sheplers customer service handled my call with professionalism and the most knowledge with a follow up phone call to answer a question, as they said they would. This was all important to me because the last thing I want is to buy something online, wait the 3-4 days it took to get here and it being completely off the mark as far as what I want. The only con I have about these boots that I'm sure is an easy fix on Sheplers end is they have it described as a medium round toe when it is infact a narrow round toe. I don't mind as much. They still fit great, feel great and beautiful to look at. Very little "break in" time with these.

Good looking and comfortable other than a bit of outer ankle pinch on uneven surfaces. I purchased size 11.5 D which fit well. I recommend.

These boots look at feel amazing after you break them in a bit. I first wore these with thicker boot socks to break them and after the first wear my feet were hurting, but now that they are breaking in I am wearing thin socks and they feel amazing and are very breathable as far as boots go. I also have a pair of Ariat Rambler boots which still to this day hurt my heels after walking in them a lot. If you were to inspect the two by looks you would probably think those would be more comfortable, but not by a long shot. I can walk all day in these Abilene's and they feel great, like wearing a pair of slippers! Also the fact they are made in the USA was a huge plus for me, nothing gives you a better feeling then opening a product and seeing old glory staring you in the face letting you know you have a quality boot to be proud of!
