Thank you for choosing! If you aren't 100% satisfied, we accept returns for exchange or credit within 60 days of purchase. We also provide FREE return shipping on Exchanges.

Returns for orders paid by Affirm or PayPal will be credited back to the original payment method, so you may re-order at your convenience.

Merchandise must be in as-new condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn) and no monogrammed merchandise returns will be accepted.

We will only accept boot returns if the soles are unscratched and in as-new condition. We recommend trying on boots in a carpeted area to prevent scratching.

Choose Between 2 Options For Returns

1. By Mail

It's easy to return your item by printing your own prepaid UPS shipping label. A handling fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund - this fee will be waived for exchanges.

If you do not wish to use the prepaid UPS return label, please send your returns directly to:

If you are outside the United States and wish to return an item, you will be responsible for covering any applicable Cash on Delivery (COD) charges.

2. In a Boot Barn Store

If you're near a Boot Barn store, you may bring your return or exchange in to the store with no extra charge.

For Exchanges Only

Country Outfitter will gladly pay the shipping expense to send you a replacement item. Use our handy Prepaid Return Label to exchange your item, and we will waive the $10 shipping fee.
