How do you take off both boots without one foot stepping on the scraper or brush. Besides that...it works

It arrived minus one of the rubber supports. I am still using it, it is fully functional and not worth the bother to return it. I really like it and understand that these things happen, but I am only giving it a four for that reason.

This is a great product, excellent robust materials. It works great for one foot but once you get the boot off you have to hold it in place with the bootless foot and the grate hurts your foot. Maybe there is something I’ve got wrong about using it.

Solidly built and effective in its intended use. Attractive product.
