Once you have earned 250 Points, Club C.O. verifies the points and will create a $15 Rewards Credit for you to use on future purchases. Your Rewards Credit will typically be available to use 48 hours after you have earned 250 points.
If you have provided your valid email address, you will receive an email alerting you that you have a valid Rewards Credit available in your account to use on a merchandise purchase. MEMBERS CAN ALSO LOOK UP THEIR POINTS AND REWARDS CREDITS ONLINE.
Yes. Rewards Credits have a weekly maximum of $150. Any points not converted into Credits in one week will remain in your account and, if over 250 points, will be converted to additional Credits the following week.
At this time you must use your entire balance of Rewards credits in one transaction. If your transaction total is less than your Rewards credits, you will keep the remaining balance of Rewards.
Points will be posted to your account once the complete order has been shipped (usually 24-48 hours). Once you’ve earned 250 points, your Rewards credit will be emailed to you and it will ready to use at that time.
Rewards Credits are valid for 60 days from the date the credit was issued.

No. Gift card purchases do not earn points; however, the person who uses the gift card on a purchase will receive points for their purchase.
When you purchase a Gift Card the transaction will initially show up as a negative points number on your receipt. This is because Gift Cards do not earn points; the negative balance is temporary. Once a week our system scans for Gift Card purchases and removes the negative balance.
