There is generally a small window of time immediately after your order is placed in that it could be cancelled. To see if your order can be cancelled, contact our customer service department. If you are located outside of USA, dial 316-219-7970. If we are unable to cancel your order, you may return your item for a refund (excluding shipping charge and return postage).

Currently Country Outfitter only ships within the Contiguous and Non-Contiguous United States. We regret that we are unable to accept or ship International orders at this time, we look forward to expanding our shipping options in the future.
Yes, we accept Paypal. However, we do not accept COD. Checks and money orders need to be sent in with an order agreement that needs to be requested via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note orders placed with a money order will be refunded through a check.
Unfortunately there are no refunds for shipping. However, we do not apply any restocking fees to your return. You may use our prepaid shipping label for exchanges and we will waive the $10 fee.
