I love these jeans
MojoTexas
Dec 17, 2013
These are my new favorite jeans. I marked them as "running large" because of the stretch that they have. If you normally wear an in-between size, you can get away with ordering small instead of ordering large. I especially love how the jeans "give" when you kneel or squat. They look and feel like regular denim, but are MUCH more comfortable to wear if you're active.

I usually wear the 47mwz and sometimes the 13mwz. I don't like the 13mwz as well due to the small pockets. These pants have the deep pockets like the 47's do and look almost identical. I was told by some people and saw posts to order them 2 sizes smaller. I did and the pants were way too tight. I finally ended up at my regular size after a few exchanges and they fit perfect! Wrangler must have figured out the sizing.11-24-2014. For years I have given my wife flack over her "stretch jeans". Now that I have these, I feel like they are the same thing. Don't get me wrong, you can't tell at all and they look totally normal but feel like your wearing sweats. I just won't tell my wife and save the harassment she will give me. They seem to be very durable so far. At least as good as my other jeans if not better. I have yet to wear a pair out. I work construction so they take a beating. I can see how the stretching will prevent ripping in the knee area. I usually just wear them out/thin. If only they were made here in the USA, I would never look for another pair of pants again!! I would definitely give them a shot!!

Not the same Jeans as before

Legs on the jeans are different cut than I expected. They are not the same jeans I purchased before. I don’t know why but they have almost bell bottom fit in legs. Lots of material

The Cool Vantage Wrangler jean is the best! for hot...

The most comfortable jean I have ever worn and the cool is beyond belief. I will be trying heavy starch at the laundry. It is truly a new generation jean with high tech features and down home comfort. This is a year around product for everyone in a enclosed environment or above normal temperatures. The hot natured individual will buy nothing else.

These are fantastic jeans. I hesitated initially as I usually order 13MWZ original fit. These are more comfortable, have better pockets (including a usable change pocket--built a little bigger and set a little lower so a wide belt doesn't block it.), and fit me better. I'm betting the material will last much longer than 100% cotton too, though I haven't had them long enough to know that for sure. I should emphasize that these look and feel just like cotton jeans, but Wrangler has added a little poly and spandex for stretch and general comfort. A note on fit: they fit large. I'm a 38 in casual slacks, but I don't like my jeans too baggy. 36 in these does me just fine. They're not tight, and don't look or feel like sprayed-on designer jeans, which is something I definitely don't want.

I squat so needed some room in the quadriceps area. I usually wear a 34 waist so went up a bit to a 36. Fit was okay, a little baggier than I like. 35 waist seemed to work. I wish there was more selection in this particular style.

I really like the fit and comfort of these Wranglers. I will buy another pair, I hope the fit is the same, I've two pairs of the regular performance cowboy cut jeans and they fit differently, that said, I liked them enough to try this pair and glad that I did. I did get one inch smaller in the waist as recommended by many, it works well with the stretch. They are a comfortable snug.

I have purchased this style before, once the fit was spot on, once too loose, and this time tight, I have no earthly idea why such a large range of fits in the same size same style, but I'll keep them and hope next time it'll fit perfect again

very comfortable fit. like the way the material stretches.

these jeans look good and fit comfortable. the only issue I have is they are extremely short in the stride. You can really tell it when you are horseback. For us older men, it is frustrating to have to deal with a short zipper when you have to go. Do all Wrangler wearing men a favor and make the stride & the zipper longer !! You will sell more jeans, I guarantee it !

You advertise these Ina big mans size and 46 is the largest you offer. I know many who would buy these jeans if you truly offered them in BIG sizes.

I bought two pairs of Wrangler jeans: one regular fit and the other the Premium Performance Advanced Comfort Cowboy Cut jean. The Premium Performance Advanced Comfort Cowboy Cut jean was much bigger in the waist and leg than the same size regular Wrangler cowboy jeans. Have to send them back. Too bad because the quality is great and the price is right. Not sure why the fit was so different.

Fit great. Good colors. Stretch a little where I need em to. Thicker material than the other guys. I do a lot of outdoor work and these are holding up great. Wash well without any noticeable shrinkage. Only strange thing about them is the front two belt loops. Bought 4 pair and all are about an inch off center from button. One loop is about 3.5 inches away while the other is 2.5 inches. Since I don't tend to tuck my shirt in and don't expect to use these as dress jeans not a problem for me.

The web site pictures and verbiage indicated that these were a tailored fit. They are more baggy than that. I do not have a complaint with the quality of manufacturer, just the descriptions.

Great Jeans! Really like them, and all that, but I am not convinced that they run larger than the 13MWZ. I bought 2 pairs now based on the reviews that they were supposed to be larger than the regular 13MWZ, but I found them to be tight around the waist. Next time I will get a size larger. BUT they are Wranglers, still my favourite brand

Bought a pair of these jeans and after several wearings they seemed to fit very well so stupidly purchased several more. What I came to discover is that they started to shrink considerably the more I washed them, especially in the seat, therefore because they have a low rise waist, which my retailer neglected to inform me of at time of purchase, they now ride much too low on my waist and are totally uncomfortable. Perhaps if you have a large stomach the low rise feature may have merit, but I'm very slim and don't like the feeling of my jeans falling off. Have been wearing Wrangler all my life (I'm in my 60's) and for me these are without doubt the worst jeans you've ever made - going back to 13MWZ!

Not as long lasting as advertised

I bought 2 pairs of the men's 2x lasting wrangler jeans, mainly because the clerk at Coastal farm supply said it's a new fabric that Wrangler has. I found them to be not much more lasting than the 13 mwz, I use to buy. I'm a Commercial Construction Supply salesman, so it's not like I put the pants through the ringer, I spend most of my days driving to job sites and talking to customers. Not very happy for the extra money spent for these jeans over the cost of the 13mwz

These jeans are very comfortable and the look is still totally Wrangler. Nice fit, when you get them right. Actually ordered a couple of different pair until the fit was right. Waist is larger than standard size Wrangler jeans so I had to order a couple fo pair before I got the fit right, but as usual Wrangler just took the others back, no problem. Great look, good fit, need to come down in price. Silly expensive.

I bought a couple pairs of these last Spring. Seemed like having jeans with some "give" to them and some wicking capability would be a good idea. It was! They look like normal jeans but have a bit of stretch to them which makes them very comfortable to wear and work in. They do not seem as durable as regular Wrangler jeans thus the repeat purchase. But, they are worth it because they are so comfortable.

Best jeans I have ever owned. Fit is perfect. Stretch makes them more comfortable when sitting. These are my 'dungarees'. I am 75 yrs old and have worn many brands, so I know of what I speak. My deceased brother was a 'working cowboy' and Team Roper in S Florida 40 yrs ago. He explained how WRANGLERS were the only jeans to wear. Said Levis were like a cheap hotel. No ball room. Sold me. Love Wranglers! These are the best yet....Thanks!

Amazingly comfortable cowboy cut jeans

I prefer the look of Wrangler cowboy cut jeans, and these have added a new level of comfort for an active older guy. Previous reviews are correct - these run a bit large. I'm normally a 33 waist and ordered 33. Had to exchange them for 32. Those fit pretty good and were real comfortable, but slightly large in the thighs. I just received my second pair (I said I liked 'em) in a different tint, and ordered a 31 waist. Perfect! They're a bit pricy, but they look great and are super comfortable.

I'm switching from Levi 505's due to their BS anti freedom stances. I like this spandex version, the Advance Comfort is worth it! I feel like they will last longer and won't split out as easy. These seem to run 1"+ longer than the same size Levi which was fine with me. The front two belt loops are further apart too, which I like because you can center your belt buckle with out running the keeper into a loop. The only things I don't like is the zipper sucks... its coarse and doesn't move smoothly and the front and butt pockets are noticeably smaller than Levis… my triangle folded hanky doesn't wholly fit in my back pocket.
