I've worn Wrangler 936 slim fit jeans for years. In the last few years the fit has changed. While still slim in the seat, the fit in the thigh is not so slim. The denim gathers in folds at the thigh. I have a pair of 936's from 7 years ago, yes they last that long, and the fit difference in marked. After reading reviews about the PBR jean and its great slim fit I gave it a try. Glad I did. The PBR jean has a true slim fit in seat and thigh. This is the old 936 fit. I highly recommend these jeans. Hopefully Wrangler will add PBR color options - I'd love a pair of black and bleached PBRs.

I normally wear a32x30 MWZ Slim fit jeans, however, I could not button the PBR jeans, so I returned them to my local boot barn. I would have exchanged the,m but this store does not carry 36MWZ Slim fit. nor 936 jeans either. No hassle in returning the jeans. My credit card was credited for the purchase.

At first my husband loved these jeans because of the way they fit, but in less than 3 months, the crotch ripped in all 3 pair that I ordered for him. The first two pair, he was just stepping up onto a piece of machinery, the last pair he was just squatting. They should last A LOT longer than 3 months.

These have a really nice slim fit, but they do run small. I am ordering 1 size larger than normal.
