I purchased these Tony Llama boots for my son. The first pair we received had a defective insole and were not wearable. We exchanged them for another pair. The second pair of the exact same boot that came were also the defective. The brown leather was all cracked. Although we have been VERY disappointed in the brand of the boot, the customer service through Boot Barn has been amazing. I am waiting on the third pair of this boot to arrive in the mail. Fingers crossed that the third time is a charm. Hopefully Tony Llama can improve the quality of their boots and correct the issues in their quality control and inspections.

These are great boots, they look nice and are really comfortable.

Great look and quality but tried to exchange and they just returned my money instead of exchange. Not mad, just annoyed because I wanted a size exchange.
