The boot itself is very cute. I think my disappointment comes more from Boot Barn. I received one boot brand new and I received the other boot clearly worn. They did not look like they came from the same pair of boots. The right boot had a ton of damage to the sole, from someone wearing it. The fact that the boot was worn meant that it didn't fit my foot because the leather insole had molded around someone else's foot. The two boots just felt totally different because the person who bought/wore them before me had damaged the right boot. Everything else about them was perfect. I'm disappointed that I don't get to wear them or the boot chain that I bought to go with them.

I love these boots. They are my first pair of snip toe boots. I thought they would be uncomfortable, but I was totally wrong, they are so comfortable. I’m a size 9 and ordered size 9, they are the perfect fit. The leather is beautiful and they are classy and elegant.

Souls are VERY slippery and needed to take them to get grips put on. Have only worn once for about an hr and souls are already chipped around edging and look really bad. Highly disappointing

I ordered a 1/2 size up. Great fit. For the price, it should have more cushion. Shouldn’t feel like you’re walking on concrete. Love the look.

Some struggle to get foot in the boot then getting it off was much harder and I started to panic getting them off. The boots are beautiful however. I am a XL and 5'4 and 180lbs.I have high arches. When reading reviews for this boot take your overall size and arch into consideration. My foot is a 9m and i got a 9.5. If I was a smaller woman I think it would have been fine because they didnt feel too tight once I got them on. High arches are a problem for non zip boots but I am determined to get boots I can get without a zipper and I did with the Coral brand so far and I think I will stick to that.

I recently purchased my Shyanne 12" snip toe western boots and have worn them to the stables where I volunteer. They are very comfortable working around the horses and walking through the corrales. I would recommend that you can wear then every day even through the day and evening times.

I ordered these as I have the same pair in red. The leather on the black boots seems to be of cheap material. They look to be rubber like.

These boots are soo good. Comfortable and stylish. Can wear them all day and every time I’m out in them I always get compliments about how awesome they are. Thought they’d take a while to wear in but after wearing one day they felt like I’d had them forever. Definitely get them if you’re on the fence about whether or not to purchase. Love them!

very comfortable boots and wide calf friendly (Thank you Shyanne) super excited that there is a decent wide calf boot available - I generally wear a size 8 shoe and did size up to an 8 1/2 - also if it helps - I know my calf size is 16 and I still had room around my calf (which made me so very happy)

Great product - the finish was scuffed on several pairs I looked at. Found a pair that was perfect.

The boots are so pretty but next to impossible to get your feet in. If you have a narrow foot these are for you. Normal or wide feet no dice.

I love these boots, they look amazing however I will say that the left boot is slightly tighter than the right one. Maybe it is just my feet. Other than that they are wonderful and would definitely recommend them.

This is a very well made, nice boot and quality. I could not get the size to fix. I normally wear a 8 1/2. I order both sizes 81/2 and a 9. The 8 1/2 was a to tight around the calf and the 9 is to big but it fixes my calf.
