This boot was very nice looking however, it is not comfortable at all, and it is not the quality I expected. I actually tried to return it, but because it had scuff marks on the bottom, the store would not allow the return. How are the manager at the boot barn in Burleson was very accommodating and providing cushions/Inso to help make the shoe more comfortable so that it was at least wearable in the future. I will be purchasing from this brand again. On the other hand I am impressed by bar and their commitment to Customer service. I will forever be a customer.
