Great boot, true to size, but the color is nothing like the one shown on the website. The actual color is more greyish, not at all the warm color shown.

Does NOT fit true to size like everyone says, ordered my regular shoe size needed to size down at least a full size. Very disappointing and no exchanges for canada, id shop somewhere else next time.

I absolutely love the fit & comfort of my new boots. The overall quality is good. That being said my new pair of boots are not the same size, the right boot is a measurable 3mm bigger so there is some discrepancies in their sizing. I noticed this in store when trying on these boots, there was an obvious-visible to the naked eye difference despite both being labeled 6.5, so that is why I ordered online but there was still a difference in my new pair, not as bad as the in store pair thankfully. I also noticed that I have some loose stitches on the upper part of the boot, I have only worn these for a week so it's irritating to find loose stitches already. Just another thing I have to fix. Aside from those 2 factors. I really like the fit & comfort, they are the most comfortable boot I have ever worn (though the right is a little loose partially because my left foot is bigger but also because my right boot is 3mm larger than the left). The overall quality is decent.

I was so excited to get these because they look so beautiful online. I bought them for family photos. Thank God our photos were rescheduled, because these look NOTHING like they do online. Only giving two stars because they did fit fine and were comfortable. But they look super cheap. Had to return and spend $16 for a box at UPS on top of the $10 restocking fee.

LOVE THESE!!!! i don’t love pointed toe but i wanted a dressy square toe, and these are perfect! super comfy. A little hard to get off but that’s expected with new boots. I’m usually a size 7.5 or 8 and i got a 8! I would stay true to size

Love these boots, they are beautiful. My only negative was I ordered these online they took about a week to come and the security tag was left on. The only options they offered me were bringing it to a store or shipping back but they wouldn’t expedite shipping until they received the boots. This was an inconvenience because I had plans to wear them. I ended up driving 2 hours to the closest boot barn to have the tag removed.

I think I received a pair of defective boots, bc only on one foot was the sole irregular. It jutted into the sole of my foot so it felt like I was walking on something. Thank goodness they are not making me pay return shipping. May be good, but this pair was irregular.

Great boots and fast delivery. These are super comfortable and have a narrow fitting calf. They look great with shorts or dresses. I ordered in store and they arrived in 3-4 days. Very helpful service and email communications.
