My granddaughter cried Christmas when she opened these. She said she had been wanting forever. I ordered a size bigger as I thought her shoes we're getting small but the boots run larger than I thought. I didn't have the heart to have her send them back so I ordered another pair. The first pair was from another store. Had they not been this nice I wouldn't have ordered another just alike. The only thing I would like is to know the best way to get the best fit online.

your packaging is unacceptable for mailing and returning,,,I still do not get how to size the kids boots...sent back 3 times so faf

Great quality for the price. I bought these for my granddaughter for riding. She loved them, but my only gripe is the purple isn't really the purple you see in the pic. It's more of a brownish purple.
