The right boot cuts into the side of my foot. And they are very slippery

Bought these for myself as a Christmas present. They ARE lovely - though a bit tight/narrow for my usual size 10's. Corral boots are my preferred brand, and their size 10 is usually perfect for me - but I will need to order a size large on these Circle G boots. I have another pair of Circle G boots from several years ago. They never loosened up, and I should have gotten the 11s in those as well.

The boot seemed to have been tried on before and forced in and the back part of heel inside completely damaged. It be great if you refund at least half as I wont be using again.
