Absolutely beautiful, well made, comfortable, true to size. Looks great with T-shirt and jeans. Had a shoe expert put skid proof soles on for winter, and he even commented on how nice they were. Thank you!

I didn’t know what to expect as I never had a pair of cowboy boots but to my surprise these boots came exactly as described and true to size and good quality. They were more comfortable than I expected also. I bought them on line and they shipped and arrived in less than a week.

I bought this pair of boots which were shipped by BOOTBARN and they are absolute GARBAGE! For some reason I am not able to upload photos but let me tell you I am totally disappointed in the condition of these boots! Let me count the flaws... 1. Scuff mark dug into top edge of boot 2. White drip of something doesn't look like it will come off easily 3. There is something on the outside shaft that looks like a large pin hole from where the pull tab was sewn on 4. There is a gob of leather stuck to the surface of the boot 5. There is a gaping hole in one of the boot soles 6. There is an even bigger 3" gaping hole on the inside sole of one boot 7. The pink embroidery is only on the outside of boot. What? Someone to cheap or lazy to continue finishing the job? All other Corral boots I've surfed online to look at all have embroidery all around the whole shaft! 8. There are only 3 little twirls of beige embroidery on the inside area, so the floral design does not go all around! So disappointing!! 9. I usually wear an 8.5M in boots I ordered and 8.5 and I could only get the top part of my foot, up to the ball of my foot, into the boot. Words cannot express how disappointed I was at seeing this beautiful boot as represented in the photo was nothing but a miserable piece of junk! I DO NOT not recommend Corral Boots or BOOTBARN unless you go in person to make a purchase. I have posted this review here on Shepler's so that they will be aware of the horrible items being sold by BOOTBARN (and possibly others) on their website! There is no excuse for the condition of these boots! Irritatingly, I also have the inconvenience to get the stupid Shepler's return slip printed out somewhere and ship this pair of wrecked boots back, and to top it off, I was also told to watch my bank acct to make sure I get my full refund, and so to make sure I don't get charged for the return, I also have to watch to make sure that the returns dept see's the note and waives the return fee cuz as I was told, they may or may not see it!! SMH. What the heck... My husband and I have at least 10 pairs of boots bought from Shepler's but after this I may have to look for a better company who knows the quality of what they sell. I wonder, is Shepler's going down the crapper, and what about Corral Boots? How did Corral even let this pair of boots get past their quality control?!!
