I go through work boots a lot and have never been able to find a support, water resistant, comfortable boot until now. By far the best boot I’ve ever had.

These are most comfortable boots I have EVER owned, hands down! The fit is spot on, they are very light weight, and have good support. They are so comfortable that I even wore them on my days off, and for those that wear steel toe work boots, you know thats saying a lot! However, the only problem I had is that both the soles split all the way across just behind the toes and before the arch. This happened after about 9 months, and since winter was over i continued to wear them. I ordered another pair this week, and relized that they would have still been under warrenty at the time they split, but I had forgot about the carhartt warrenty! My new pair arrived today and they feel great so I'm hoping and praying that the soles on this pair will hold up because these really are great boots and I will remember the warrenty this time, but hope it wont be needed

Pros - Good and sturdy / Had a bit of break in time like any other boot / perfect for working the fields or with our cattle / Mud , Muck, Water and Manure / Great overall firm fit. Cons - I got the wide footed pair but could be a bit wider / rubber bottoms started to crack severely causing them to leak. Called Carhartt and explained my situation and they replaced my boots even when they were two months past warranty .

Boots do not hold up in the work force! The whole bottom of the boot falls off!

Great boot but they fit me to tight. I can't work 8 hours in them by 5 hours I got to take them off. But I'm 57 years old and walk around 10 miles a day in them. So I constantly moving. Next time I'll get 1 size bigger. I work in a warehouse.

Couldn’t seem to find a pair of boots that would hold up to milk hauling. This is the only pair of boots that lasted more than 3-4 months. I’ve tried many different brands but carhartt was the only one that’s lasted. Going over a year on these boots. Very comfortable and durable. May take a little breaking in but it’s not difficult or will be uncomfortable. Just take a few long walks in them. I recently ordered a new pair of carhartt boots for a new job and considering buying another pair just for every day use. Best boots I’ve ever had!

Boots are still new but appear to be very well built and comfortable. They are also really waterproof. No leaks!

I wore the same boot for thirty years and thought I would give your boot a chance.The back of the boot gave me blisters. Need to get rid of the back pice because the back of the boot has no play in it. And if your feet don’t feel good then what’s the sense of a pull on boot. I think if I can break in the back they might work.

If I could give this boot zero stars I would. Bought these boots for my boyfriend who works as a maintenance technician, bought them at Christmas time and by June he had a crack as wide as his finger all the way across the sole of the shoe, in both shoes. Which at that point made them not water proof, and actually would leak water inside just on rainy days. Requested a return from Carhart themselves, and after much convincing received a new pair. At which at the same rate wore down and began to crack and again before August had the same cracks in the soles of the shoes. I wouldn’t recommend these to anyone! Not even bothering to try and get a third pair this time considering they would be wore out before six months again.

I recently bought a second pair of these Non safety toe Wellington boot because they are some for the most comfortable slip on boots that I’ve worn from the start. I also really like the leather inside the boot on the back of the heel, I commonly wear this spot out in my boots before the exterior of the boot is worn out. Was really skeptical about ordering boots online because no boots are ever the same. Got them in and they fit perfect. They look great and seem to be made very durable. This will be my first pair of carhartt boots that I’ve ever purchased and I can tell you now that it won’t be my last.

snug on left foot causing tingling after wearing a little while

It's hard to write a review for boots, that I expect to last for years, only two weeks after receiving them. But...I will review Carhartt in general: Carhartt clothing is a little more spendy than alot of other clothing, but it also performs better. It is less spendy than some brand names and, by the way, it still performs better [than most]. So...my conclusion on these boots is that they should last a good long time and take alot of abuse.

I returned that purchase and haven’t heard a word from Shepherd yet!!

I've been looking literally everywhere for the perfect boot for me and i found them!! These boots r a perfect fit and very comfortable!! I know exactly what boots I'll be buying from here on out!!!

First pair of slip on work boots I’ve ever bought because I always thought there was no way a slip on style work boot could provide enough ankle support to be a safe & viable option as an everyday work boot but I have to say that I couldn’t have been more wrong! I’ve been wearing them every day now for 3 weeks and at first thought they were the most comfortable boots I’ve ever owned but the last week I have begun having problems with my toes hurting from what I believe is the “steel toe” not being wide enough for my feet. I really should have been fitted for the correct size but I thought the boots just needed a good breaking in period but it appears that may have been wishful thinking on my part. Otherwise I give the boot an (A) for construction, support, and style just make sure to you take the time to get the correct width because that steel toe doesn’t break in

Buy these if you want your feet to bleed the whole 4 weeks it takes to break them in.

I originally purchased these boots to slip on quickly when I need to go outside without having to bother to tie the laces. If I had to do it over again, I would purchase them without the steel toe, as it's slightly restrictive. Mine are a size 11, and I typically wear 10.5 in most shoes and boots. I think the Bison leather is great, and I like wearing them just for their looks: very rugged and attractive. I live in Michigan, and we've had some melting of snow that resulted in a huge pool of water because the ground is still frozen. This is a picture of me standing in deep water with this boot retrieving a garbage can blown by the wind. When I was growing up in the seventies. They used to have some baseball cards that were "in action," meaning that they weren't just the typical staged photo for the card. This is a true "in action" photo--and I can personally attest that the boots are waterproof. The coat in the picture is a Carhartt C26 DKB, which is also an awesome product. I recommend both the boots, as well as the coat.

Love this boot, great for work or everyday shoe. This pair is two years old my second pair. Looking forward to a new pair.

Awesome boot! I drive a tow truck, out in all weather conditions, floods ,mud,snow held up great! Wish you could resole boot.

Great boot for the year it lasted. I wore them every day for 1 year and over night they just busted heel came off right boot and both toes on bottom have cracks. No good. I expected at least 2 years out of them. After talking to several friends they have all said you can't get a boot that last longer than a year anymore. I'd like to say I recommend this boot but not for the price.

Bought these for my 16 year old son for Christmas. They didn't even last 3 months and the seams are ripping out of both boots. He works at a local feed and farm store 3 days a week and that's all he wears them. They still didn't make 3 months.

I love them going to get another pair in a few weeks

This product has been my every work day choice for footwear with this exact pair for the past 4-5 years, and recently it was truly put to the test of durability, recently i was involved in a motorcycle accident that involved me sliding sideways into the side of the pick up truck that pulled out in front of me, thankfully i was wearing these boots like i always do whenever i ride because the damage to the steel toe would have definitely been to my actual foot had not been for the very well built steel toe design. So thank you Carharrt for making such a long lasting, comfortable, and durable product. I owe quite possibly my ability to walk to them.

Love them just wish I could get them at a store instead of on line don't know y they can't put size 15 in stores

Overall great at the farm, especially in and out of the tractor. Very comfortable and waterproof. Also very good grip even when ankle deep in manure.
