First pair of steel toed boots ever bought. Very comfortable and didn’t take long to break them in. On the work site they’ve already saved my toes a few times. Tough and water resistant. Can’t complain. Overall, a great product. You get more than what you paid for. Two thumbs up! I

My previous boots I also purchased from Boot Barn, I put something like 18 years and thousands of work miles on the old one doing hiking trail work in the Angeles National Forest and they were hard, hot, difficult miles until, after walking across the East Fork of the San Gabriel River one last time, the bottom finally let go on one of the boots and, looking at the service they had given me for nearly two decades, decided it was time to replace them. It's never easy tossing old friends in to the trash, but they were done for, so I returned on line to Boot Barn during COVID and looked for boots that are required for the chainsaw work I do, selecting these boots as the most likely set that I could afford that met all requirements. Normally I expect boots to require some settle-in time, getting used to my feet, complete with blisters after the first 100 miles or so, however thee boots were a perfect fit, while hiking chainsaws up South Mount Hawkins Road across broken rock and dirt, these boots worked just fine and so far I have not had blisters or any difficulty, the boots work just fine.

I've been wearing these boots for about a month now as an A/V technician doing light to moderate labor. The boots are not very comfortable, especially to begin with, as there is little padding and I got blisters on my toes and heels. The boots are taking some damage to the outside of the toe from coming into contact with metal occasionally. Most disappointing is that the inner lining on the sole is already wearing away. They protect my feet and look very nice, but I don't have much hope for their longevity
