I really like the finish on these boots, and the steel toes are almost invisible. I could wear these boots out to eat with my wife they look so good. I wear them on site all the time, and they are as comfortable as any steel toes I've ever owned, and much better than most. I have not had them long enough to know how durable they will be, but I like the sole design. I believe they will last a long time.

Nice looking but uncomfortable. Soul is very hard and the toe is very narrow after adding a very small steel toe. Would be difficult to anything in let alone work all day wearing them.

First day I had a 12 hour day. Am on my feet all day and they felt great!! My job has be on many different surfaces and it is hard to get a new pair of boots that feel good all around but these sure fit the bill.

It's hard to believe these are work boots. They are beautiful and comfortable. I've received many compliments on them, and I'm glad to see they are made in the USA.

I've been going to buy a pair of these boots for a long time. Now I've got them, I wish I'd bought them sooner.

The Boots slip on so easily... a little tight over the instep of my Foot...and a little tight because my foot is so wide...but after the first few hours of wearing them I got up from the desk to walk around and was so surprised how comfortable and cushioned they were.... after they are warn in.. I am sure they will be an awesome fitting boot..

I purchased these about 10 years ago, but only recently (within the last 3 years) began to wear these daily. They take awhile to break in, but once they do, they are a joy to wear. As the description says, you can wear these on the construction site to the dance floor and they are equally graceful. Didn't even realize they were made by Abilene until I developed a cut in the toe of my steel-toe tips boots, and wanted to perhaps replace them. Did some research and found them here. I think I will have them repaired, because nothing but a superficial cut is wrong with them. However, if I ever do need to replace these boots, I'm coming back to this boot again and again. Hold up well, classic styling, and protective to boot (pun intended). Recommend buying... no hesitation.

Poorly sized, I don’t have a large foot and I can not fit properly into a D size. A waste of money. To costly to send back.

I work construction and I wear these boots 12 hours a day. They are great boots.

Comfortable boots nice fit and feel only con is that on of the boot straps broke a week in wearing them. The only reason not a five star.

This boot is just perfekt,i am extremely happy for them and will order another pair,one to work in and one to look cool in.

my feet do not get tired after wear them for more than 9 hours, they feel like gloves. I will recomende them even for truck drivers that require steel toe boots

My only remark is that different Bootmakers seem tohave a different set of sizes. The buyer should be aware of this. I have had a pair of Abilene boots earlier and while they were size 11EE they were a full size smaller than my size 11EE Sheplers work boots. Consequently I ordered a size 12EE which thanks to the round toe are a little roomier than the 11EE Sheplers pointed toe work boot but leaves space for bootsocks. Very comfortable and stylish!And they even smell beautiful!

Very comfortable right out of the box. Steel toe is unnoticeable while wearing. Good work/ranch boots.

Finally a cowboy heal, work boot that is leather with a rubber cleted sole. I rubbed in some mink oil and these puppies are comfortable and truly all-weather boots.

I drive a truck and I have alot of climbing in and out and loading and unloading to do and they are comfortable all day .whatI like about them is they don't look like a work boot.and they don't wear out as fast as most boots

These are absolutely the coolest workboots ever! Very stylish, comfortable, and lightweight. Nice suede finish, and nicely detailed.
