Not wide as advertised

The boot itself looked well made, however, i ordered the 12 EE. When I tried them on, they were tight around my foot. The store stretched them twice and they were still tight. Ive never had that issue with other boots even boots that werent wide or extra wide. Not sure if the manufacturer mislabeled these boots.
