    The hat is crooked and unable to be reshaped obviously. It was a wasted 25. To top it off, sending it back would cost half the cost of the hat.

    The price was right, as well as the size. I wear a 7 3/8 which is not the average men's hat size. The people at SHEPLERS, had my size and it fit perfectly. I would suggest this model for any Western Pleasure Fans who want a well wearing hat.

    Returned hat due to inacurate website descriprtion. Hat has a 5.5 in crown,not a 4.
