Great looking boots. Fit is spot on, and finish is really nice.

The boot's instep runs small in size EE. I couldn't even get my foot in it. I have the same exact boots in black and those fit great. I don't know if it was a quality control issue where the leather was just pulled/made too tight over the form, or if it was the way it was sewn. It's a very dark brown as well. Much darker than it is in the picture.

I was very disappointed in these boots. They do not look like the boots pictured in all of your advertisements . They are caiman belly skin and I know that all "exotic" skins look different but there is practically no resemblance at all between the boots pictured and the boots I received as far as the look of the caiman skin.

True to size, leather is very soft and boot is comfortable according to my husband!

This is a well made boot. The Caiman skin is stiff at first but it is softening up nicely.

I got an email from Boot Barn with some suggestions for boots that I might like. I have several pair from Boot Barn already. One of the suggestions was a really nice looking pair of Tony Lama Burnished Caiman Belly boots. They are a rich brown color. I couldn't resist and purchased them on line which was a first for me when buying boots. I have a wide foot and usually prefer to try them on first. I ordered a 12EEE but when they arrived they were a 13M as I recall. I will typically buy a 13 as the wider sizes are not usually in stores. This worked out great as they do fit very well. I'm very pleased with the purchase and the quality of the boots.

The boots I received were already used. The soles were scuffed and not in the original Tony Lama box. I'm very disappointed with the service because your service department didn't even offer to make and exchange. I've been a customer for many years.

Beautiful pair of boots and priced very well compared to other brands. Look to be very well made. Color is very dark though, hard to distinguish between these and my black ones. Still like them very much though.

I bought these about three weeks ago but they’re very tight across the top of my foot. Seem to run a bit small for my foot. I’m stretching them now with a stretcher and will see how they do. Other than that they’re nice with very good quality.
