In need of a good work boot!

When I received my boots the waterproof lining in the boot was wrinkled from the heel all the way to the toe and the stitching holding the tongue to the boot was not stitched correctly

I wanted boots made in the USA! My first pair of Thorogood boots. Once they break in they are very comfortable. I wear them every day.

Fit was perfect, break in time about a month, 225lbs feet don’t hurt after 10 hours on my feet.

Disappointing experience with Boot Barn and Thorogood. Both times I reached out to customer service they were rude and unhelpful. Needless to say, I won't be shopping with them if I need boots in the future.

Great boot but definitely consider going up a half size or going with a wider boot. I thought I’d be okay with a regular width after breaking them in but that was not the case. Now unfortunately I cannot return them
