There was a glob of clear silicone where the buckle and band was attached to the hat. It was a disappointment to say the least for a Stetson hat of this dollar amount, however I was an easy fix. Sheplers would have allowed me to return it with no questions asked. I received the hat two days after ordering. Great customer service

Hat material is fantastic. The shape was extremely uneven and warped and took quite a bit of shaping out of the box. The hat was also covered in dust. I would expect much better with a hat at this price point.
