Spenco insoles are the best insoles we have ever had. They give great support and never seem to wear out.

Great quality and durability! They last for a long time! Excellent for working on concrete floors. They feel like cushioned slippers with shock absorption for hard surfaces. I’ve been wearing these for over 20 years, and I buy them for friends and coworkers. I would highly recommend them for anyone!

Unfortunately these did not work for me due to the high cut that rubbed on my arch. I thought these would be more flat.

I'm a nurse with plantar fasciitis in both feet. These are the ONLY affordable insoles that my podiatrist, my chiropractor and I recommend. Obviously the pain won't be completely gone but it is significantly reduced. You're not going to believe how much better your feet will feel.

The insole was too soft and thick for my weight. My Achilles and back of heel would move up and down on the back of my boots causing blisters. These would probably be great if you were standing still a lot but doing a lot of walking rubbed me raw. The total support insoles have worked great in the past I just thought I would try to mix it up and find the best ones for my feet.

These are great insoles and take the place of expensive orthotics

As a senior I experience increased lumber spine and sciatic nerve discomfort when walking in hard sole shoes. The discomfort is significantly reduced by use of the Polysorb Heavy Duty Insole when combined with a maximum cushioning running shoe or sneaker.

I have been using spenco polysorb heavy duty for many years in my hiking and walking boots, they have helped me to stay on my feet and keep going!

Not the quality I’ve had in the past. The heel portion is still pretty good although the fabric peeled pretty quickly. The front is thinner than the past and has lost it’s cushioning.

The insoles fit perfectly. I have used these before and I know they work for me.

I had been using the kids polysorb memory foam insoles, but they are no longer available. I ordered a pair of the heavy duty insole and wore them for hikes, for exercise, and they felt great. I also ordered a pair of the sport insoles, so will try them in a second pair of shoes.

Not what I thought they would be. I thought they would help my feet more.
