3-4 years ago, I was looking to replace a worn out pair of daily wear leather boots. I am an active senior, and wanted a supportive, hardy, strong pair of boots for outdoor walks, visits to play with grandchildren in their big backyard, for hikes and all outdoor activities. I stopped by the Boot Barn in Santa Rosa, California and was very fortunate to find a pair of wide toe, size 11C attractive JUSTIN brand women’s cowboy boots. I subsequently bought a second pair because I liked them so much. I am still wearing both to this day but treated myself to a new pair of Justin boots on sale on their website. I used the same size, 11C (as my original 2 pairs of boots) and the fit of this new pair of JUSTIN BOOTS is perfect ! Thanks for making these beautiful USA boots! I ordered a D width and received a B width. I had to pay $10 to return. I am mostly disappointed about not getting the boots I ordered.

I have slightly wide feet--most regular shoes are too tight, some wide shoes are too loose, but generally work better--and I have a high instep. I do not have good feet for boots and it is very hard to find ones that are comfortable, or at the very least don't make my foot go numb and sore. But these fit the bill! Plenty of room all around for my foot and instep, even thought they don't strike me as a great quality boot, they aren't bad, but the foot bed is a bit lumpy in places along the sides and hit my foot weird. But I have plenty of room to add inserts! My only wish is that the companies who make shoes would realize that just because we need it a bit wider in the box, does not mean we also need a really wide heel! I have a ridiculous amount of room in the heel, however it does not affect the comfort of the boot--no slipping or chafing or anything, just simply not touching on any sides of the heel at all. It is actually surprising that it doesn't slip. Anyway, even tho my husband gives me the business for not buying USA made boots, a girl with funky shaped feet just has to do what she has to do! They are good looking and I get lots of compliments on them, and are perfectly comfortable for wearing to work. :)

I ordered two pair in different sizes for friend out of town, one pair is great, the other pair came in scuffed up. So it is a little disappointing. Will have to return.

These were too big, I ordered size 8.5 wide, my usual size, and they were too big. They looked beautiful though. I returned them

They fit good but I've worn them once and they rubbed my left heel giving me a nice lil boo boo. Overall they are ok. Need some breaking in.

as been on holiday I received yesterday. They fit great and really comfy. Was a bit concerned they wouldn't fit as sizing different to Australia size but fit perfectly and the wide was the best choose.

...but the sizing is so weird. I wear an 8.5 typically and ordered the same in wide. After trying them on (the were enormous) I exchanged them for a 7.5 W which I was afraid might be too small. They, too, we way too big. I am still considering whether or not to exchange for 7M which I haven't worn in decades. With the great return offer Sheplers offers, I think I will because I really do like them.

I really didn't care for these boots. To me the shaft was too wide & also I didn't care for the way the square toe fit. :)
