Disappointed in the under slip

The outer part of the dress is so beautiful, however the slip under it is very small. I would have to order a 3x in order to fit my bust in it. Then it would look like drapes.
I thought about removing the under slip but I decided that if I pay this much for a dress I shouldnt have to do that.

The outer address is the size that is stated. The slip that was underneath was about two sizes too small. But I corrected that by taking the slip underneath out and buying a different slip to go with the dress because I love the dress.

I swear whoever made this pattern was crazy. The lace outer layer fits true to size. The liner runs about 2 sizes smaller (despite being tagged as the size I ordered). The liner wouldn’t even clear my chest, let alone get over my bum (I wear a XL in other Shyanne clothing, this was a bust). This is NOT worth the price for a dress but I kept it because I can use the lace for another purpose.
