I love the boots. However, I rec’d one boot in the size I ordered and another boot was 1 1/2 size smaller!

I absolutely love these boots! It took me a few attempts to get it right but was worth it. First there was a shipping issue, which Sheplers was very helpful with. I did contact them a couple of times and each time I got a real person almost immediately! They actually called me back and sent email updates regarding the shipping issue. Customer service was awesome. Then, I ordered a size 8 which I always wear in Frye and Ariat boots. They were very snug across the top of the foot and in the toes, so I ordered a size 8.5 and they are perfect. I have a very narrow foot and heel. These do not slip in the heel and I had room for a gel insert. I don't see an option for wide so if your feet are wider, these may not work for you. The embroidery is stunning! I love that the flowers spill onto the foot, so they are still visible with jeans. Will also be very pretty with a skirt or dress. The leather is high quality and smells great as another reviewer stated. These boots make me very happy!

I chose these embroidered boots for the color and embroidery that stood out. They are beautiful and I receive many compliments on them. This is the first pair of Shayanne’s I’ve purchased and they fit a bit differently than other major brands (which fit me like a glove). I wear a size 8 and have a normal foot. A thin sock is all you need as the toe area is a bit snugger, however, the heel slips up in both boots…..not that usual snug fit. I dance a lot in my boots and had a bit of rubbing at the bend in the toe of the boot. So they may need more breaking in (not a problem with other boots that fit right). So the fit is not the best, but they are not uncomfortable to wear. If you’re going for the look of embroidered boots, these are a great choice.

Absolutely loved them! Sheplers are just fantastic. Really comfy and leather was soft and didn’t have to go through the uncomfortable breaking in period. Fits true to size only thing is if you like thicker inner soles maybe size up as the inner soles aren’t removable. Overall 10/10 super cute

Classy, perfect black boot goes with everything. Fits like it should until broken in. Fair price. Shyanne in its true form. Love them. I knocked one star because of BOOTBARN not the look or feel of the boot. Next time boot barn, don’t send me a “brand new pair” with the right boot stretched and the bottom all scraped/scuffed already like you sent me a pair of display boots that has been worn a ton. If I wanted display I’d have picked it in store that way.
