The boots were absolutely adorable and great quality but I ordered too small of a size and so I went online to exchange them and they sent me the exchange for and the return label and so I sent it off expecting to get the bigger size in the mail and it’s been over a week now and I haven’t received anything. Well all of a sudden im being told that I cannot exchange anything because I guess they way pay pal works with them they don’t allow exchanges or something like that and I just kind of wish they would have told me that when I asked to change them.
