The vest is made of paper thin suede and as a 3 XL was too small despite the fact that everything else that is a 2XL fits

My problem is that I got this item and straight out of the plastic it comes in ( I have never worn it anywhere) it’s stained and soiled as if someone else wore it and returned it. Quite disappointed with that. Otherwise it fits nicely.
