My experiance ordering thru boot barn was overall a good one. Had a minor issue with the shipping address but itdid not end up affecting the delivery. Though i have already owned the same boots purchased somewhere else the quality of these is not as good. They are extremely comfortable and very pretty boots but as the description states they are not leather. But i still wear them just not everyday. The belt is fantastic. Very pretty and well made and the color is even better in person. Overall i am happy with my order and love the big selection boot barn offers. Will be ordering again.

I love these boots! They fit wonderful and are very comfortable.

I purchased, wore one day and the heal fell off. On the bright side Boot Barn said they would return them to the company as defective, unsure if they will be crediting my account or sending a new pair of boots.

I bought these boots for my granddaughter for Christmas. I’m sure she will love them! They’re great quality and Sheplers is a great company to work with. The service was amazingly quick and I have no doubt that they stand behind their product!

We bought these on line for our teen daughter, she loves them. The quality of how they looked on line is as good as they were once we got them she is very happy.

When I purchased these boots online I was not sure if they would fit well with the several foot surgeries I had. They fit and feel great on my feet. I can wear them for hours without discomfort.

Boots are so soft and comfortable to wear. Very pretty design!

Nice looking boot, very lightweight and comfortable. They are dressy looking. I bought them to ride in and hope the faux leather holds up. But for the price, it really doesn't matter to me.

I will be returning. The bottoms of the boots are cheeply made, literally nothing to these boots...the middle of the the designs are blue stones not silver, which is my fault i couldn't tell before i bought them. They are so thin its like paper and they just don't look like good quality boots. The only thing going for them..they fit at least..

These boots are made of card board. Water soaks through the boot of the boots. I tried to return them but because they had been worn Steplars refused to refund my money. So disappointed. I will never buy boots from them again.

I bought these boots & was very excited on how they looked online in comparence to how they actually look first hand. The black looks more like charcoal gray. They are very comfortable though. Love the bling crosses all around!

Love the boot, but the colors are not what I expected. The bling on the cross is blue, it didn't say that anywhere. Thought it was all silver.

I was looking forward to getting these. Love the cross and they were comfortable. But the leather and stones are way too cheap looking. Like buying a ring from a gum ball machine.
