I bought these boots before I left for overseas and these are the best boots I’ve ever worn. I wore them the whole deployment and they never let me down. Only thing I think they should improve on is the laces. I’ve had to buy a couple laces during the deployment

I bought these a few weeks back and they fit right out of the box no issue. But one area of concern, heel height. I'm on my 4th pair of Rockies and these fit differently and there is a lack of ankle support. They are not as comfortable as other products either. Make a good garrison boot. I am a avid fan of the company and have always promoted the product but this boot is not cutting it.

I really wanted these to work for me. I've worn S2V for years and have been looking for something a little lighter in weight. After reading reviews about these boots running narrow, I decided to purchase wide
width. The problem with these boots, for me at least, was that the forefoot fit well but the heel was sloppy. However, I don't think this is a flaw with the boots.

I had already worn the soles off my old pair of Rocky Boots, and needed new boots. Bought these immediately after seeing them on display at a conference. They feel and look great.

These are very light weight and comfortable to wear around the office. Price is right. I’ve worn them for a few field days and they don’t hold up to the elements well.

I wear size 10 in almost every shoe. These are not most every shoe. The toebox from the laces down is very tight. Not needs to break-in tight either. The heel is very loose. I dont think getting a larger shoe will help the toe without making the heel worse.

First pair of boots I ever bought. Not sure what to expect of them. I think it's a nice looking boot. However, the strings on the lower part of the boot digs in to the middle of my foot(painful). Size in the toe is good so not sure what the issue is.

The tongue is so thin that the very hard shoe strings dig into the top of my feet. I also feel the stitching on the sides on the right boot. I have bad feet and need extra soles for a more cushioned support and so I normally put jelly soles in all of my boots. These boots didn’t work with them because the heel was so low that when the jelly’s were in the boot the heel of the boot was uncomfortable. In the plus side the boots were extremely light. Make the heel a little higher and use thicker material on the tongue over the foot and smooth over the stitching a little and you would have a good pair of boots. Until then. I had to give the boots away as I couldn’t wear them.

Very lightweight, durable and rigid base, soft super loose top.
I loved them for landscaping, the lasted about 4 months before the tread disappeared and cracks in the pinky toe area opened up.

Worst Fit of any Rocky Boot

I recently purchased this boot for the AF transition to the OCP uniform and wanted a lightweight boot. I know my boot size and have numerous Rocky boots in sage green. I have never needed a wide fit and I have been told that my feet tend to be narrow; so, I thought I would order (as I always have) a regular (medium) width sized boot. This boot was so narrow that I was unable to lace it with my foot inside. Completely unusable within the first 30 seconds. I should have listened to all the other reviews that made this same claim.

Every time I need new boots, I buy a pair of these without even thinking about it. No break-in required, no blisters, comfortable to wear for those long days in the field doing absolutely nothing....

I have worn Rocky boots for many years while in the Army. When it came time to order another pair of boots, I stumbled across these. They looked great and I figured they would be a great option. I was definitely wrong. When I first put them on the fit didn't seem terrible, maybe a little tight in the tie box, but not bad. After wearing them for about 30 minutes and walking around I noticed a lot of pressure on my big toe on both shoes. This pressure soon translated to pain, at which point I decided to take the boots off. After roughly 2 hours of wearing them, my big toes were completely raw and had blisters on the outsides. Keep in mind that I have extremely narrow feet, and have never had a problem with toe pressure in any pair of boots or shoes for that matter in my life.
It is shame, because I really wanted to love these boots. The design is great and I have loved every other Rocky boot I have worn. Unfortunately I have initiated a return at this point, as I just cannot continue wearing them with the pain caused by the small toe box area.

I've worn through two pairs of these, and have been overall satisfied. They're really light and comfortable for garrison use, and that's all I would really recommend them for. Little support for rucking, and the sole wears really fast.

My wife bought me a pair of these about a year ago, I've worn these for every military training I've gone to and it wasnt until recently they started to tear not to any fault of how they're made ( I've gotten caught in wire a time or two) but even with holes in them my feet still stay completely dry cant wait to get another pair.

Been breaking these in for a little over 6 months so far. Had to re-lace due to the eyelet placement being uncomfortable. Heels are way to stiff and don't grip whatsoever. Not a big fan of these

Very light boot. Just like wearing tennis shoes. Wouldn't want any other style! I wear a size 13 in regular shoes and i ordered a 13W. They do run a little narrow. If you can wear nike shoes with no issues on how narrow they are then order a regular width. If not, order the wides

Hard to fit

Love the foot fit but too fully cut through ankles. People with slender feet also have small ankles. Lace hooks touch in front when tightened up.

Rocky's C7's are my absolute go-to boot for everything from yard work to rucking in the New Mexico desert. Very comfortable, good fit, and tough!

I have read some bad reviews about this shoe. I am kind of shocked because this has been the best pair of boots I have ever owned. Hands down my favorite. Extremely light and comfortable. I have never had a single issue with them except that I have worn the soles off after wearing them every day for two years. They have had a lot of miles and a lot of ruck marching.

I bought these boots for everyday wear to have a boot with tennis shoes tread. I got 13 Wide (12 wide for shoes) to have room for bigger socks. Everything is ok but one is a little tighter than other one. They have nylon uppers that make a lot of noise when I walk!! Will that go away ??? If I was in military know I would worry about being head as I walk. Just asking.

I just bought these boots 3 days ago and have been breaking them in. The only issue I have with the boots is the eyelits for the laces on the inside dig into my joint bone on my big toe causing discomfort. I am racking it up to the leather not loosened up yet and am applying some saddle soap to aide with the break in process. Other than that they are perfect and great price.

Seems like a great product, time will tell on the longevity but will mostly be used as a garrison boot. It fits well, although even the wide seemed more narrow than other brands. I typically wear a 11.5 or 12 running shoe and the 11W fit the best.

These boots are SO uncomfortable. I wear a size 7.5 reg and got these in a 8 reg. Length is good but it has so many flaws. For one, the boot has NO structural support what so ever. The back of the boots collapses sending this rubbing pain across the back of your heel. It also has a cheap material-made tongue that constantly rubs the top of your foot no matter the thickness of the sock. Thank GOD for moleskins but I want my money back. Please and thank you.
