Great hat, fine construction, looks good...thank you.

The correct hat, which was a Christmas present, finally came after three attempts to order and reorder!!!! This hat also came with no packaging so the front of the rim is bent! Hoping I can work out the bend bc I refuse to send it back and deal with this horrible service ever again!!

The hat itself is great. What wasn't was the fact it was shipped in a box with no protection and was crushed. I've emailed customer service and still no reply after a couple days. I called them and was informed it would cost me $10 to ship the item back even though they're the reason for it being damaged. Will never do business with them again. You too should look elsewhere.

Well made. My other Resistol Hat is about 50 years old & I still wear it (Beaver Fur Felt). Bought this on-line as there are no brick hats in stores. Runs a little tight for size but still wearable.

My son is a hard fit when it comes to hats due to the fact he wears a 7 3/4. This one fit perfectly and is beautifully made. My son loves it and cannot wait to wear it to his Prom!
