Defective Jacket

Jacket was shipped in a sealed bag and when my wife was trying it on she noticed a button was missing, she started checking the pockets and found the button in the pocket. Why would the jacket be shipped knowing that the button had fallen off and not sewn on before shipping out.

Beautiful but has purple in the fabric which is not visible in the online photo.

This coat is so well made. You can't see it right off in the picture but the Jacquard is wool! It's beautiful and the inside is cozy too. Every western gal needs a beautiful jacket like this. I love it!!
