Disappointed

I was so excited to get these beautiful boots but the opening of the shaft is so small/ narrow that I couldn't even get them on.I contacted the maker of these boots and they offered to stretch the opening for me at no charge but for this price they should be perfect. If I couldn't get them on how would I know if the fit??? Then go through the inconvenience the of shipping them someplace else for stretching is not what I would expect. I really wanted to love these. Sadly I had to return them.
