Comfortable, but the wool blend should of been a little higher amount of wool

Due to a catalog error, this item is not a 3-pk. Only the blue pair was received and the first rep I talked to said she would check it out and call me back. That never happened. The second rep, Miguel, told me about the catalog error and was quite helpful. He called back as promised and helped me get a reinstatement of a settlement credit of $25. Another associate contacted by email refunded most of my out-of-pocket expense but was no help in finding out what the problem was. This whole experience, except for Miguel, has been an unpleasant, time consuming hassle.
