Perfection

Buttery soft leather, nice and warm, blocks the wind and it’s a great cut. Been searching for months for the perfect leather jacket and I finally found it.

Runs extremely small! Return was a nightmare!!

First of all- their customer service is a nightmare to deal with! And This jacket runs EXTREMELY small!! I first ordered size large, I looked at it and knew it was too small so I ordered an xl to get in time for my son’s birthday. Then they Sent WRONG STYLE. Returned that one, then got in correct style in xl which was still too small- my son wears a medium normally. I returned both jackets with Sheplers return labels, with proof of delivery, and 2 weeks later I still do not have a refund of over $450!! I’ve called numerous times only to be told that my refund will be processed but I still do not have a refund!! I’m out $450!! I will never order anything again from Sheplers and I recommend that you don’t either!!
