I ordered these and they came promptly. They were absolutely stunning with gorgeous detailing and soft leather. However, I struggled to get my right foot in and could not get my left foot in at all due to my high arches. The one that I did get on was amazing and the sole was supportive and flexible, very comfortable. I just couldn't get that left one on to save my life so I had to send them back. The toes stuck out further than I expected but that may be normal with this type of toe? Otherwise amazing quality and very beautiful..

Exactly what I was looking for! Love the detail and color. Comfortable to walk in right out of the box. The only con I have is the calf area is snug and pinched and bruised the back of my calves. However, still love my new boots!

Just received my new Lucchese boots and they are BEAUTIFUL! Tried them on after I finished staring at them... a little tight going over my instep (which is very high) but once on, they are perfect! I was worried about sizing because, depending on brands and shoe style, I can wear anything from a 9 to a 10. Ordered a 9 1/2 after reading the reviews and they are dead on for fit. Have them on now to wear around the house - can't wait to wear them next time I'm out and about - LOVE 'EM, LOVE 'EM, LOVE 'EM!

I love these boots. I ordered a B width as I have long narrow feet that are hard to fit and these boot are perfect. I wore them for 8 hours the first day and they are like slippers...so comfortable. I am looking for another pair of Lucchese's in black they are so comfy.

Every time I wear these boots I get at least 5 people ask me where I got them. They go with so many different things and are so comfortable I can wear them all day and that night if I decide to go out with friends. These boots are a must have in your closet.

Beautiful boots - buy a 1/2 size bigger than you normally wear. Feel Good first time out. A little tight to get on but once they slipped past the heal all was good. Dance for 5 hours in them first night out.... No blisters! Works for me. Nice Boots.

These boots are absolutely gorgeous.  But they run about 1/2 size small.  I had to exchange them for the next size.

These boots have ruined my feet, nothing else l wear is good enough now!. They're the most comfortable foot wear l've ever owned. The size was spot on as l'm a 9.5 in Australia and l bought the 9.5 M, not the 11 as the chart recommended and they're perfect. The quality is excellent and l'm glad l went with these as my first cowgirl boots. Thank you Lucchese for making a quality product, and thanks Sheplers for the fast service.

I've been looking for brown cowboy boots and I'm so glad I found these!  I get complements every time I wear them.   

I had the absolute BEST experience.  The sales lady was very knowledgeable and informative of the different variety of boots.  They store didn't have my size so they ordered it online.  It was shipped directly to my house!  The boots are absolutely fabulous!  I've gotten many compliments every time I wear them, from both men and women.  The best part about the boots, they are not only beautifully crafted, but they are comfortable!  I didn't have to wear them a couple times to break them in.  The fit perfectly the first time I wore them!  I very much recommend Sheplers and most definitely recommend Lucchese's!  

Had to return because very hard to get foot in boot. Loved the boot same great quality as my other Lucchese boot. I have narrow foot with high arch should have ordered half size larger

Love, love the boot, but beware it runs narrow. I was at the Dallas store and tried them on and the pair I tried fitted perfect. I came back few hours later to buy them and they gave me pair that I could not fit my foot in! Same size but obviously different pair. So they sold the pair I tried earlier. All the other styles in that size fit perfect. This boot has narrower calf than the others (and the reason I liked it), which makes it also tighter around the arch. I was really disappointed, but decided to order them on line and hope that the ones I get would fit. By accident I had ordered the wide with, so I nervously waited for them to arrive. Happily these fit well,still little tight to push the foot through the arch part, but ones on they are very comfortable(definitely not standard wide width). I am usually size 8.5 and bought 8. Every time I wear them I get compliments how nice they are and asked where I bought them. I gave 4 stars because the sizing is so unpredictable.

These boots are to die for. Beautifully made. Strong thick but supple leather and fantastic design. Great fit. True to size. Very happy.

I own these boots and can't say enough about them. I normally wear a size 9 shoe, and have a high instep and wide foot. I own in a size 10B and these boots fit so well. I love the cushioning in the footbed. I work in an executive office, but Friday is jeans day. I wear my boots for a 10 hour day and my feet do not hurt. These boots are a little expensive, but so worth it. The quality of the leather is very nice. I get so many compliments on these boots. I had a coworker tell me these are undoubtedly some of the nicest looking boots he has seen . I will purchase more of this brand.

I bought these a few weeks agao and the first night I wore them was at an event in a large building with concrete floors. I am the Chairman of this event and I was  back and forth all over the building all night. Yes my feet hurt at the end of the night but not from the boots! The were comfortable and beautiful right out of the box!

This boot is absolutely beautiful. Since I don't go many places, I wear mine around the house.

I purchased these boots for my fiancé to wear for our wedding.  I purchased  other items as well, but these boots were missing a few small studs on one of the boots.  Luckily my fiancé didn't notice, and I figured they would of been inspected better since they are considered a higher end crafted boot.  Will be more cautious in buying boots online next time from here, my fiancé wants another pair, but we will buy from a regular boot store where I can see exactly what I am buying. Other than the missing studs, she loves her boots!!!

Beautifully crafted....high quality leather...excellent fit. Danced in them three hours the first time I wore them. Saving up for my next pair....worth every penny!

Buy yourself a GOOD pair of cowboy boots and you won't want to wear anything else! I now have 2 pair and wear them every chance I get. LOVE them and Sheplers provides top brands and terrific service!

These boots are fabulous! By far, the most comfortable boots I have ever bought. I normally wear 9 1/2 in shoes/boots but when I read the reviews prior to purchase some reviews said to order 1/2 size up. I ordered a 10 and they were too big and I had to return them. I re-ordered my 9 1/2 size and they fit perfectly. You won't be disappointed with these boots!
