I have purchased several things from Sheplers, and this is the first thing that didn't look as good in my house as it did on the website. I called them and they were first class in the return and refund process. The person walked me through how to download the return label form the website. They took care of everything, tracked the return and processed the refund promptly. Customer for life!

Wore these for the first time today, they are awesome! I have wanted a pair of Alligator boots for a very long time. Finally got a killer deal, bought them and couldn't be more pleased.

I have been a loyal Lucchese fan for many years and I believe they make the finest western style boots available anywhere. I speak their praises to all my friends and they have in turn become customers as well. The latest pair that I’ve spoiled myself with, are these Burke Alligators. They are beautiful in person and the picture doesn’t do them justice. I’ve already worn them a couple of times and have received numerous compliments. They are very comfortable and look great with a pair of jeans. I recommend them highly! I’m already eying my 11th pair and see no reason to stop there. If you want the best, buy Lucchese.

My wife bought these as an early Christmas present. Boots are flawless and look exceptional. After several calls to Sheplers and to Lucchese, I confirmed the width runs narrow. While I will be returning to upsize from a D to EE (only 1/8in wider), that's just more gator for the money!

AMAZING! These boots are worth the money! They are so detailed and the stitching is impeccable. My son-in-law will love them for Christmas. They are so beautiful and the color is rich and warm. Great investment purchase.

Boots size run narrower than my other boots, very tight going to have to stretch them, they are are a snip toe instead of a square as advertised.

This pair of boots is very attractive and very well made. Just had to order them twice, as I wear a 9.5 in my other pair of Lucchese's but had to order a 10 in this style. I guess size difference is expected among boots for the most part and especially Cowboy boots, but just a little annoying. So consider a .5 bigger if you want these.
