Last month I bought the Lucchese Alondra boots in black and one boot came damged. The Alondras are soft smooth leather and one boot came with several nicks, scuffs, and a deep scratch in it so I returned them. Just received the Catalinas which are distressed which I love but one boot where the heel of the boot should be “worn” looking the suede is just peeling off leaving none of the floral design. It looks completely different from the other boot. Also, both boots are different colors. The left boot is a really pale brown floral pattern where the right boot is a darker brown floral pattern. I am aware that Lucchese boots are “handmade by artisans” but both pairs that I bought just looked like defects. Oh and I ordered the Catalinas in 9C which is supposed to be wide but they are narrower than the Alondra 9B. Needless to say I am very disappointed in both pairs.

Absolutely beautiful boot and very high quality. They will literally last a lifetime and I'm so happy with them. Fit perfectly
