Tight fit go I had to go half size up to get that comfortable fit

This brand is guarantee of perfection, they fit great, shark skin is amazing and have excellent finish. I have another Lucchese pair of elephant skin and let me say that I couldn't decide which are my favorite yet, both are awesome!

The color is very dark, almost black. The left side makes a "puff" when walking, the size is ideal for my feet and very comfortable, it does take me several wears, there are fewer and fewer manufacturers of these sizes

I saw these and knew I had to purchase them for my husband. He has several pairs of Lucchese boots and thought he'd like these. He loved them but the fit was too snug. I returned them for a wider boot. The exchange was a bit lengthy due to the holidays, but well worth the wait. They look great and he's really satisfied with his new boots!!! Sheplers is a wonderful company and will definitely be doing more business with them. Customer service was one of the best I've ever dealt with!!!!!

Exact fit! I have a wide foot and am hard to fit. This is the second pair I ordered online. The first was Caiman, then Shark, and also have Ostrich. All fit Perfect and super comfort. A little pricey for boots by some standards, but YOU GET WHAT YOU Pay for. I wear the Sharks as an everyday boot.

These are my daily favorites! Just enough going-on for folks to recognize this is not some "ordinary" boot. They are subtle, but still get noticed - and always complimented. Lucchese craftsmanship is superb. The shaft is lined and just feels rich. It is narrower that other brands, but sits great under jeans. The boot profile is elegant and they feel great. I am a 10 1/2D, and Lucchese boots are a bit narrower than others. For me, a bit of time with the boot stretcher and they're good to go. Recommended!

I have bought a number of Lucchese boots before (ostrich, reptile, alligator), and these shark boots are by far my favorite. The best thing about them is that they are subdued, where you can wear them and most people don't realize what they are. I have worn these with a suit before, or with dress pants. But people that know boots will instantly recognize them. And you can always use them as an excellent conversation piece. But beyond all that, these are the most comfortable of the Lucchese boots that I have gotten too. Love these boots.

These are very handsome boots in an understated way. Color is more dark gray than black. I like the color, but it's not black. Typical Lucchese quality, good price.

Nice boot but there was a defect in the leather and it cracked after first wearing on outer edge of foot. Sheplers is investigating it now under warranty hopefully

Lucchese shark skins take a while to break in. I wore them at home for 2-4 hours per day, gradually increasing, sticking shoe trees at night, after a week could wear them for most of the day. They do stretch and mold to become YOURS. Do not order half sizes up or down. The steel tangs were most pronounced in these of all the Lucchese’s I have had, felt like walking on tennis balls under your arch, but that molds to your foot as well...eventually. Most “daily drivable” exotic if you take the time to make them yours.

It was with some trepidation that I ordered these. Somewhat pricier than most of my boots and I hate when ordered shoes don't fit well. Nice surprise! These fit amazingly well and are breaking in very quickly. I can wear them with jeans and slacks and they work well in both casual and work environments. They are true to size in length and width and while not butter soft, they are comfortable enough for all day wear right out of the box. Great boot!

These boots arrived on time and fit great. I had to size half a size down to get the fit I wanted. Shark is very thick and tough. Requires some initial breaking in. The boots are well made but have no pegging. They feature a full goodyear welt instead which is a slighly cheaper way of construction. However I have no doubt they will last a very long time.

This is the first pair of cowboy I have owned in almost 20 years, and I must say I have been missing out. These boots arrived quicker than expected and were comfortable right out of the box. I wore them for 2 days in a row and already there is minimal heel slipping. These boots go well with jeans or dressed up with a suit. I can't recommend these boots enough and the quality is definitely worth the price.

I got these for my husband for Christmas and he wouldn't take them off! The leather is so soft! He says they are the most comfortable pair he owns!

Great boot, l just wish they would make there EE a little wider. They run very narrow ,but either than that great craftsmanship.

I have to say that this second pair of lucchese is also great and exactly like the pictures. The service of sheplers is clear and to the point. For orders abroad, in this case the Netherlands (Europe) the shipment is fast BUT be aware: The cost for import is 25% on top of the total pricing including shipment. Thus € 110 extra which makes it rather expensive boots.

This is my first pair of boots. They have been comfy since breaking them in.

This is my first pair of Lucchese Boots and my first pair of exotics. I had to get fitted and I was a size up from the usual size I am for my Ariats. I recommend going in store if anything. But so far I'm loving my new pair. Planning on buying another pair of exotics in the future.

Best boot I have ever wore. Granted I have never spent more than $200 on a pair, so this is more than double, but well worth it. Fit like a glove from day one and break in time was 3.5 minutes literally. Well worth the money. Look good and feel good! I hope they hold up well to wear and tear but can't be sure yet.

My husband saw these at another boot store and had to have. They didn’t have his size so thank you Shelpler’s for having his size and a better price. Some boots you have to get a smaller size but with Lucchese boots had to get his normal shoe size (13). These boots fit true to size. The color and feel is great.
