Returned these boots, size not accurate

Leather appeared to be cheap…leather on the foot of the boot just appeared cheap, thin. The boots were not true to size, so I had to return them anyway. Very pretty, just not impressed with the grade of leather.

These boots run big. I wear an 11 usually and a 10 is still pretty big on me. If I put on boot socks they fit perfectly!! I’m still breaking them in but outside of blisters, my feet don’t hurt at all wearing these.

I had never ordered anything online before so I reviewed many boot companies. I have a very high arch and NEED to wear leather cowboy boots with at least a 2" heel. They are not what I was expecting. The description on Sheplers reads "leather" and the cheap little white tag inside boots reads "leather man made material, made in India". On good quality boots, information as size, brand, etc. is always stamped on the inside. I expected cowboy boots that are leather and made in the United States being you are such an established company. I was SO disappointed, heartbroken is a better word. I will say that I did have a good experience with your representative, Susan M. I was having a problem with printing the correct return label and she sent me the proper label on an email. She explained exactly what amount I would expect refunded and how much it would cost for shipping although I don't think I should have been charged for returning. She also apologized for my disappointment. Safe to say, I won't be ordering anything else online from anywhere. I understand why you won't be printing my review but I do hope you read it. Thank you.
