These boots are great for running in the arena. They are lightcweight and they are not clunky.

Love the style but they're narror and tight, not good for a high arch or instep. I was bummed.

My daughter loves her boots. Has another pair of Justin’s and wears them a lot!

I really liked these boots when I first got them. I wear 8.5 but the size 8 fit just fine, so they seem to run 1/2 size large. They fit comfortably right out of the box, the brown color is lighter than shown, more attractive, like a distressed chocolate brown. The 12 inch shaft height is really nice. These have a straight cut roper style heel which is low enough for walking, very comfortable. The wide square toes leave enough room for your toes. The rubber soles and heels keep you from slipping, a big plus. These are comfortable in the foot for a nice walking boot. But after wearing indoors for 1/2 hour at my computer, I noticed the shafts were buckling inward! It seems the air vents on the shafts do not leave the shafts with enough support to keep the shape of the boot, and the shaft buckles inward, making a concave shape on your leg - the shape of the shaft becomes dented in on the sides of your legs, and you can feel it pressing into your leg. So it seems that the vented style weakens the shafts, so the boot shafts cannot maintain their shape! After I took them off, the boot shafts did not go back into shape, but stayed looking somewhat weakened and caved in. This after only 1/2 hour of wear indoors while seated. So while it would have been the perfect walking boot for comfort, and the style looks attractive at first, the manufacturer forgot to calculate that the shaft might be weakened by the vents, and did not add additional support!
