Tried this same boot on in brown in the store size 9 1/2 and I liked how worn in they looked and they weren’t stiff; didn’t purchase at the time. Ordered online the same boot but in black and same size. Once received didn’t really like in person. Didn’t like the fit. Would have preferred a more worn in/nonstiff look like the ones I tried on in store. And not having the cushioned insole and outside was a factor has I had already received for Christmas boots made by Justin’s that are a 9 1/2 (I normally wear a 9), cushion insole, “duratread” outsole. Very comfortable!!!! I think a 9 would not have been comfortable as well in this Idyllwind boot. Returned these to store and found another pair I liked instead (no cushion but broad square toe vs narrow square toe as I like my toes to have some wiggle room).This particular Idyllwind boot may work for someone else but just didn’t work for me. Overall boot is nice. Idyllwind had great boots from what I’ve seen in store and online but this specific one didn’t suit me.

They are great boots. The first pair I got 3 months ago the heel is already needing replacement. So I’m hoping these last longer.

These boots are gorgeous. They were a little tight in the toe bed for me.

A fraction larger than expected, but considering I was figuring AUS/US conversions for the first time I'm impressed. Style wise, what was delivered was bang on what I was expecting; which is a relief as these boots are for my wedding. Also, I was impressed with your speedy delivery across the globe. The workmanship is fantastic, I would buy from you again in the future.

Love these boots. I did have to have them stretched in the calves. Now they are perfect!

This is my first pair of boots in years. I was very pleased at how comfortable they were the first time i wore them as i was on my feet most of the time. After days and days on looking for the perfect pair i finally found these "Tough Cookies" and i just love them. Idyllwind will most certainly be my go to brand.

These boots are stunning! The leather uppers are butter soft. If all idyllwind boots are this well made I’m going to buy another

These were my first Idyllwind purchase. These black Idyllwind boots are beautiful. I wear a regular 7M on all other boot brands. But Idyllwind boots are made too narrow at the ankle area, my foot wouldn't go past it.
