I returned these boots which I bought online for two reasons. Firstly, I was disappointed that the white color in the online ad was not accurate. The boots are cream colored in real life. Secondly, there were a few damages that I noticed immediately. There were a couple of scuffs and what looked like dripped dye or paint, and some of the embroidery thread was snagged and hanging. I didn't think they were worth $200 with these imperfections. I tried them on and they did fit true to size, however, and they were comfortable.

Sent back same day I received them. Quality was not there

This boot is so comfortable and cute. I tried the wide calf option in another state in store and had them ordered to my local boot barn. They came within 4 days. The wide calf fits my 17 inch calves with room. I need them in more colors.

Way too slim on the foot part and I have thin feet will return them

The books are adorable! LOVE them! They fit a bit tight at first, just have to stretch them out a bit to your foot. They have a bit of a slouch-y look to them on. Which wasn’t shown in the picture, but still very cute

I was so disappointed in these boots. They have digs and scuffs straight out of the box. You can see where the white was hit/rubbed multiple times by a tool while applying the sole. They also run small and aren't white. The instep is very narrow even ordering a half size up. The color is more of a cream than white. I packed them to be returned immediately. I also don't appreciate having to pay a handling fee to return when I was sent damaged boots. Conveniently the website isn't allowing me to upload photos just keeps giving me an error message.

Great quality boots! Well made, sturdy with a REAL heel...not plastic or rubber. Timeless shape...love them!

Went to several stores looking for white cowgirl boots for a wedding. Boot Barn had the best selection by far. Plus they had really cute clothes in general. Was pleasantly impressed with the store and quality and quantity of merchandise.

Boots were delivered with too many flaws and imperfections. The white stain trespassed into the stitching. And speaking of the stitching, there was loose ends and a dot of blue ink on the inner side of the left boot. Completely unsatisfactory for a pair of boots retailing over $200

These are NOT made well. My daughter may return after Christmas

Haven't worn them for an extended period of time such as a night out for dancing but so far they're comfortable and stylish.

These boots are amazing. Just love the comfort. I wore them and everyone commented how beautiful they are. ☺️
