I just bought my 4th pare of Georgia Barracuda Gold steel toe boots. This is the best boot available for someone that prefers their work boots not to have Gortex, Thinsulate, or some other kind of linner that is going to make your feet hot. There are few quality work boots that are made without an linner and an awsome long wearing soft rubber wedge sole and this is one of them. I happen to know the alternative to Georgia boot is grossly over priced and the wedge sole wears out quickly. Georgia Barracuda work boots are like the best pair of leather work gloves you ever had for your feet.

Great Boots but customer service was as bad as it gets.

Got my first and only pair about 7 years ago at a sale for £25 best boots i have ever owned, so imagine my dismay when i looked at getting a new pair to find that with the purchase price, shipping to the U.K. then the chance I would have to pay duty would take the price for a new pair to nearly £200.

These are the only work boots I have worn for many, many years. You never have to break them in. I can buy a new pair and the next day I wear them to work and they are as comfortable as if I had been wearing them for weeks. I just wish they came in a composite toe. I wore the pull on style before I started wearing the lace up style.

Rare to get a pair that matches equally in Width and in Color. The bottom of the boot doesn't last long at all. I still like the comfort the boot provides.

I purchased a pair of boots for my son for his job. They rubbed his ankles raw and this company returned with no problemishes at all and they even paid the shipping.

if your feet hurt wear them, if your legs hurt wear them, if you need a good boot for hard outside wear ? this is the boot for you... i would sell these boots. let me say this out of 5 guys in my group all of them wear them now ! whats that say for them? If that's not what will make you buy a pair of Wedge Work Boots i dont know why you would read this at all... Ok great fit. first time on foot. Great for standing in water over the top of foot. no more balance problems, the bottom of my feet at the end of the day of wearing these boots Don't Hurt Anymore! in snow not bad at all even not insulated (best if you buy that in them for winter). on ice not going to lie to you will bust your bum just like any other boot. these soft bottom wedge boots are the best i have every put on my feet. take that to the bank , from a guy who is on them pegs all day. had to put inserts in my boots about 4 years ago looked all over to find a boot that would feel good on the top of my arch! drove me nutz , asked around and wanted a boot that had a soft foot bed in them and a no heel so to clean them easy! this is the one ! #1.

I wanted to like these but the steel toe cap was either the wrong size or bad design as it went lower from the end of my toes to the top of my foot when it should go up slightly (you know, the way feet are shaped!) Couldn't wear them for more than a minute before hurting!

I do iron, steel, and boat building industry shop work. Lots of miles 8-10 hours a day. I'm on my second pair of boots. First pair lasted me 5 years! No break in time, comfortable as can be right out of the box. Like another man on here, I wore Roebucks for years and that went away. Don't remember how I found Georgia Boots, or they found me, but I'm very happy that it happened. I have no idea who reads this stuff other than someone having a few cold ones with nothing else to do. This Bud's for you! And dead serious, I just ordered a soft toe pair for Sunday go to meeting stuff. I only do boots, no shoes and/or sneakers. Give these boots a try, you will not regret it!!!!!!!!! Left boot fits/feels great. Right boot has a seam that rubs my heel. I've had to put a piece of cardboard over the seam.

I bought this about 1 month ago, wore them for the first time this week, and the seam on the sole is leaking!

Only boot I will wear. I'm on my feet all day and these boots are very comfortable. They are made well and last a long time. I'll keep wearing them if you'll keep making them.

These are the only boots that my husband will wear. He is a welder and steel erector and these are perfect for his job!

Im ordering my 4th pair in 6 years. These can last me up to two years and still be fine. Hands down best boot ever, I caught on to these 6 years ago after wearing Sears Diehard for 20 years and they lasted maybe 8-9 months. These Georgia Boots are comfortable and easy to get on and last last last last... Ill never wear a different pair...

I finish Drywall for a living. I'm constantly walking or on stilts. The straps really do a number on your boots after awhile. I've had these boots for 2 years and no cracking and extremely comfortable.

I had foot surgery last year. These boots feel like they were custom made for my bad foot. I recommend them to all of my co-workers, the smartest ones try them out and like them! Red Wings are a dinosaur.

The only boot I will purchase is Georgia boots. Really comfortable and the price is not bad. You pay for what you get and these are awesome.

perfect boot. Tread tracks minimal mud into cabs, but enough grip to keep me sliding off machine tracks. This is the most comfortable boot I have ever wore. I am now wearing them on a factory floor. Very Comfortable. Please NEVER discontinue. I recommend this style to everybody I work with.

Great boot for the money,good support,soft leather & padded toung,only thing is on my right boot where the toung is sewn together,its kinda irritating and a bit sore,maybe break them in a while longer?

The boot is very comfortable, great fit. The sole does not last long, i alternate boots every day and the sole has great wear on it.

Have them a month they broke in quick no more shin pain an for steel toe boots they are light

My husband has worn this boot style/model since 2006. I have purchased others, and he will try them and toss them out. He likes the support and quality of the Barracuda. The boots can withstand mud, torching and welding, concrete, snow, and much more. Highly recommend.

Boot is comfortable, light weight and durable.. a great buy

Working in a paved plant, my boots get the worst treatment imaginable. 14 hour days in heat, hydraulic oil, cement, diesel and everything take its toll. But three years later the only thing worn out on muni previous pair are the soles.
