Great boots I love them a ton. Needing some steel toe and I wish they made them with a safety toe...

These boots work great in the worst job site conditions i have ever seen. Water and mud up to ankles pure slop. 8-10hr days putting in a house foundation in my feet never got wet. Everyone else had muck boots on. All i had to do was hose the mud off every night and put them on the boot dryer. A little obenhaufs boot protection and my feet never felt better. Comfort is key when the conditions outside suck.

I bought this boot for two reasons. Firstly, this boot came in my size! I have small feet and finding footwear in my size is no easy task. Kudos to Georgia Boot for manufacturing smaller sizes. Secondly, this boot is made with premium materials. I wanted a boot that did not skimp on components. I was pleased to find a boot with Gore-Tex lining, Thinsulate insulation, and Vibram Soles. If you are looking for a traditional style work boot made with quality materials, this is the one. Lastly, the fit is spot on.

Been wearing them a week now. Perfect replacement for my G8048s that lasted 11 years of daily wear. Could've lasted longer too, but they collected about 3 cups of water on a motorcycle ride and the smell got pretty funky after that. Exact copy of the 8048s except they're black leather. Not particularly fond of black, but I'll get used to it as I walk in comfort for years to come!

Needs a heavier a gram insulation but very comfortable overall

Great quality gortex boots at a reasonable price. Very little break in and last as long as my danner super rainforests with far less cost. I replace them about every 18 months and will not buy anything else. By far the best work boot I have found after 17 years in the tire business. I have owned 6+ pair and am super pleased with my purchase everytime. You will not be disappointed.

First time buyer of Georgia boots. Gotta say I'm super impressed. Just did my research on new boots after a long time wearer of a competitive brand has completely gotten sub par. I bought my first pair of Georgias the winter of '13 and its spring of '16. I just now bought a new pair. My old pair started leaking about 3 months ago but my feet always stayed warm. The insulation works really well, i build cell towers and in -7 degree weather while snowing my feet were warm and dry. I literally wore those boots down to a smooth sole and the nails were showing, and yet my feet were still comfortable. The leather held up very well, the eyelets were all functional. I love my Georgias. I switched to the G8010 because i plan on using them for a summer pair and getting another pair of 8040s next winter. GET THESE BOOTS, you will not regret it!

just got done breaking these in and I am completely in love with them. they are extremely comfortable, and after a little snow seal they are completely waterproof. i would highly recommend you buy these boots. a little on the pricy side but worth it.

I'm gunna buy my 3rd pair of these out of the multiple other georgia boots ive bought. I wear them doing landscape wook in all conditions. I get a full year or more wearing them 7 days a week.

This is a great boot but a certain size according to some of the reviews but unfortunately for me size I got was to small , I’ve worn them for two weeks now thinking they would stretch out but now my toes are rubbing on the toe cap. Not Georgia fault but mine should had ordered a bigger size. To late now but maybe Georgia will be nice and allow me to get a larger size.

I bought these boots out of desperation as I was unable to locate the Carolina boots that I have worn for the last several years. These boots are very narrow for a wide width and are extremely uncomfortable. I wish I would have realized this before I started wearing them at work as they are now non returnable. I'm afraid I will not be buying Georgia brand again in the future.

These Georgia Loggers G8040 are an excellent all around boot, for work and casual wear. I've owned Danner's Rainforest and Super Rainforest Boots. And, these G8040 Boots are every bit is good as the Danner Rainforest and Super Rainforest Boots and at 1/2 the price. These are a high quality work boot. This is my second pair of the Georgia loggers G8040 Boots. I highly recommend these boots.

I bought these boots about a month ago.Best fitting boots out of the box I have ever had.I will write another review a few months from now a we will see how well they hold up.I am a little disappointed I could not get extra laces though.

Comfortable boot with hardly no break in, insulated and breaths so it's not hot in the warmer months. They usually last me about 2 yrs the waterproof starts to leak in standing water and soles wear out & get hard, they are a great boot !

Good boot, its gonna take a while to break in but i expect it to last several years.

I recently bought the Georgia BG00237 9 inch logger boot. Not because I'm a logger I just like the way they felt, AWESOME. The only complaint that I would have is that there is no loop on the back to help pull them on.

I bought these boots a couple months ago. They fit great. The one problem with them is that the left and the right boots aren't cut the same. The right boot is cut off center so the laces are not centered properly. I returned the boots for replacement, which the new boots have the same problem. They don't look right. Probably the last pair of Geogrias I'll ever buy.

The 11 tiny holes on heel of sole will get rocks stuck in them. The problem is they never come out.
