These boots were not water proof at all. The first time I walked through wet grass water soaked through to my socks. I liked the style and comfort though. They lasted about a year before the liner in the right boot tore and I had to fight to get it on without the liner ending up under my heel.

i bought these boots almost a year ago and not gonna say their bad but they started coming apart at the bottem of the sole and but i work in restaraunt so i work with alot of hot water and chemicals ,but after a lilglue weork these are the ones keep coming back to

I can be ready at all times and look good at the same time and be comfortable at all times most of the time u gotta pick one fashion or comfort but u getting all three is amazing be in concrete in sec spray em off with water u right back feeling like boss and not haft to look so much like a green horn thank you for making these boots!!!!!

They are comfortable but unfortunately the build quality isn’t there. Love the style and comfort but after 1 year of pretty inconsistent wearing the inside is torn up to a point where I can’t put my foot in without ripping a hole bigger…

Have these as well as the lace up ones. Both are comfortable, but have leaked from day one. Feet get wet walking through wet grass (no joke). Purchased because they were advertised as “waterproof” and was a good looking boot, kept them because they were comfortable. So, if you are looking for a waterproof boot do not get these.

I love these boots; however, the right liner tore at the heel, much like another another customer stated in their review. I want to buy the exact same boots because of how light and comfortable they are but I'm a little leery of the liner. The tear makes it dern near impossible to take off.

Once you get em on you’re good to go. Had these 6 months and have put them thru a lot. Feet never get wet unless and I’ve had them submerged to the top more than once. once you break them in you can walk for miles in these. Will buy again

I bought this boot 3 weeks ago and the insoles are already coming apart. Very comfortable just hasnt lasted very well :(

I bought this boot about a year ago for weekend use. The inner lining came unstitched making it impossible to slip on to your foot without the lining going down into the boot under your foot. Had these been daily worn boots they wouldn't have lasted 3 months. The outside of the boot held up well. Still look new!

I bought these boots 2 weeks ago . These boots are water proof witch is good we're I live. They are very good soles in the witch is good if you are standing or walking all day.

i Finally purchases this pair of boots after a month of looking at what people thought of them. i am very satisfied with these boots, their waterproof, very well insulated, steel toe with an additional steel shank and very good looking and stylish. i noticed some people said that they were a tight fit well my advice would be to order the wide vs the regular.i never thought i had wide feet but the wide fit me perfectly. i love these boots

These have been my daily wear boots for the past 3 months. They are holding up well, I'm not having any problems with interior tearing as a few other reviewers mentioned. My only complain is that that they were VERY tight when I first bought them, almost impossible to put on and take off. The tightness is mostly in the ankle area; once they are put on they are no longer that tight. I wear a size 12W. They are a little better now after wearing in a bit but I still feel they could be a bit looser in the ankle.

Haven't broken them in yet, but was very disappointed to see that Georgia Boots were not made in the USA, let alone Georgia.

Good News and BAD..!I bought a pair of these boots maybe 4 months ago and the soul is already falling apart which disappointed me dearly..Growing up on these boots u don’t get let down often..other then that the boots a very comfortable boot and durable

Great looking boot and very comfortable!!!! I've owned 3 pair of these from slip on to ankle lace up and all 3 pair were not waterproof! Love the look of the boot though and it goes great with anything you wear! Boots always last along time and I work for AT&T as a wire tech climbing under houses, in attics and up power poles!

I’ve had these boots for about 3 weeks now. I work in the water well business so I’m around water all day.

These boots are NOT waterproof. My socks were soaked after 5 minutes of walking through wet grass. If you step into standing water any deeper than the thickness of the sole the water pours in. I really can figure out how they can claim these boots are "waterproof". For casual wear in dry conditions they are fine.

I bought these about a month ago for my husband and he absolutely LOVES them! He says they are the best work boots he's had yet!

My boyfriend is in his third pair! These boots are comfortable & durable. He does HVAC work, and a lot of construction and other manual labor on the side. He will not even entertain the thought of another boot!

Parents gave me a pair of the Athens for my birthday and since then these boots aside from my crocs, have been the only shoe I wore. They are so comfortable, has an option for a wide foot like I have and also has extra padding around the ankles for support or cushion. I got the ones with steel toe as well and I’ve had them for about 6 months and wear them 12+ hours a day and none of the stitches have come loose or fallen off. You can rest assured once my current pair get too worn out I will definitely be buying another pair of the Athens. I 100% recommend for anybody looking to buy their first Georgia boot or their first boot ever!

Absolutely by and far the most comfortable boot I've ever worn. Waterproof didn't last much past break in for me but i just dry them with a fan overnight because I refuse to wear any other boot.

My husband walks with a limp and has very high arches. He is a bldg contractor and on his feet all day. He has always worn georgia Boots, but this is by far the best boot he has ever owned and he is 60 yrs old.!

They fit great, a little snug to get on but they're super comfortable.

I am and always have been a huge fan of Georgia Boots. To me they are extremely comfortable and have normally been very reliable and long lasting. I am a shipyard worker and definitely need a comfortable reliable pair of boots. 3 months ago I purchased the is pair. I tried them on and they were extremely comfortable. I was excited to wear them to work but unfortunately the excitement didn’t last too long. Within 3 months soles have started completely separating. This happens on both shoes. I’ve honestly never had a pair of boots break down that fast. Normally Georgia Boots are my number one go to and I always recommend to me however I gotta say I’m very disappointed. I spent a good deal of money on these and here I am 3 months later and I now have to spend a lot of money unexpectedly again.

These boots have lasted about 8 months and I have holes big enough to stick my fingers through where the seams meet. They have not been waterproof from day one. I will have to say they are the most comfortable boot I have ever owned. they may be great for some but not if you are going in wet grass or creeks.
