Overall terrible! (Although friendly)

This is a replacement purchase. The first had arrived with black greasy finger spots on the top and bottom. Although I ordered a new hat two weeks ago it has not even shipped yet. Sheplers seems to have no control over what is shipped or where it’is shipped from. Extremely disappointed.
