The hat is great but showed up half smashed. My 5” tall hat was shipped in a box that wasn’t even 4 1/2” tall. It took me awhile to get it to pop back out and stay. The brim was bent as well.

An amazing American made straw hat! I am proud to own,and wear. It is beautiful, and fits reslly well. I would say it is true to size. Everyone whos has seen it , has loved it! I would definitely recommend this hat to anyone! Hope this helps!

I'm a little disappointed. The hat is sized a bit small and the headband is made from a foam/synthetic material. Which made the fit worse. I had to put a hat stretcher on it to get it to fit. At the 10X level, and with Straights' endorsement, I was expecting a couple of things. One, leather headband and two, a much higher quality product. If I had to do it again I would pass on this one. Not recommended, in my opinion. I think George should take a closer look at the products the bear his name.

The hat is beautiful but once take out of the box it is very mis-shaped. Will be returning.

Sizing is spot on! Great hat for a reasonable price. Hat is light, airy, and comfortable even in warmer weather. Highly recommend.

It was a little tight but it is also self adjusting. It fits great after breaking it in.

The hat was delivered crushed . There was no padding around the hat and it was delivered in the original box that was very thin . Should have been double boxed .

The fit and finish of this hat is excellent, shipping was fast and undamaged for a lightweight product, but the best thing is,with this hat you don’t feel like you even are wearing a hat. This is truly a all day hat,sunup to sundown .

This hat is better than expected. Runs true to size. The sweatband is very comfortable. The straw looks solid and not like cheap plastic. Would buy again
