Had these for a little less then 3 months and the stitching is coming out on the side of the boot and they will not do anything about it! Per email I received from them - Thank you for your response. Regrettably this would appear to be damage from wear and tear rather than a manufacturing defect. We apologize for the inconvenience. - I’ve emailed them back again and they will not respond. Took them to a boot repair store and was told that the stitching was too old and rotting out. Have in mind that I had only had them less then 3 months from the time it shipped from the store till when I contacted them. This was my second pair of these boots and I had the other ones for over a year and half. Loved the original pair. Sad that they were not willing to replace or help me with the boots since there was a quality issue. Will not purchase boots from them again.

I love the look and the quality of this boot. The picture doesn't do the boot enough justice..... 5 stars for me!!!!!
