I wish that you still had them with button fly as having a zipper is an unfortunate change from my previous pair. Your website does not indicate they would have a zipper fly that I could see and I assumed they would be a button fly as with my previous pair. I believe most customers would prefer a button fly. I bought my first pair of these overalls when I was 14 years old, and often wore the same pair until a couple of months ago when my apartment burned down, taking all my clothes with it. I knew I had to replace them ASAP. I am not looking forward to breaking them in again, and I will miss all the old paint stains on my first pair, but it will be fun doing it.

I wear these casually for leisure as well as for doing the groceries, around town, at home and basically all the time except at the office. Wearing these feels really comfortable, I can’t imagine any clothes that provide a better experience. Thanks to these bibs, I’m always properly dressed, it’s impossible to lose my pants like I always do when using regular jeans with a belt, the fit is downright excellent and I absolutely love having the many generously sized pockets that hold all my stuff. If you try on bibs just once, you’ll immediately get it. Probably you’ll want to wear bibs only, at least that’s what I do now. Plus, I think that these look really cool as a casual outfit for work and play. I’m 6’3” and have roughly 231 lbs, wearing a 42 waist size with a length of 32 works well for me. I sized up one step in both waist and length from my regular pants size because they shrink a tad when washing them for the first time. Have fun rocking these bibs :)

I ordered 2 pair 38 waist 30 inseam . Waist was fine but inseam is way too long. They have been washed twice no shrinkage will help the length. Bought this size in the past without issues.

My husband loves wearing overalls. I have bought him a few brands over the years, but Dickies are his favorite. I get him the dark, unwashed hard as cardboard ones. The quality of the denim is excellent. I wash them twice and he is good to go. He just found the watch/key pocket.. not sure how he missed it before :) I usually get 4-5 at a time, this time I ordered them a little longer, it seems like over time they tend to shrink up a bit. Great quality.

I am a woman, I bought these for me because womens bibs tend to be shaped oddly. I got 38/32. So the 38 fits good. I wear a size 16. The length is great, well really too long but I'm tall. 5'8". The straps well made but dont allow me to tighten up before the buckle runs into the back section. So I have a little play in the bib. However, I am a seamstress and can fix this. Ive washed a few times trying to shrink, these actually dont shrink that much. I used hot water & a hot dryer. Lol Great Bib over alls!

I've always worn jeans for work, but as I've gotten older (and bigger) the Jean's were not very comfortable. I decided to try a pair of bib overalls. They are great. My only suggestion might be to consider a size shorter in the length as compared to Jean's. I ordered the same length and I have to roll up a cuff because of the relaxed fit. I will be ordering another pair.

I bought my Dickies Bibs over 2 months ago. I wear them a lot. They are comfortable and easy to slip on. I had a problem with regular jeans where my lower leg would not fit due an athletic injury. These Dickies are one size opening the entire leg which suits me fine now. With the jeans I had to find a changing place to adjust my medical wraps for legs. With my Dickies I just slide the pant leg up and make the necessary adjustments. I also the like the extra pockets that my belted jeans didn't have. Now I don't have to carry a 'man purse' to carry my extra gear.

I recently purchased Dickies Indigo Bib Overalls. They were shipped promptly and arrived in perfect condition. I am 6' tall and very skinny and I was concerned that since I was ordering a 30" waist, the longest inseam offered was 32" ( normally I wear a 34" inseam). I imagined that I would be forced to let the adjustable shoulder straps out a ways-- my concerns were unwarranted, as there was plenty of length in the inseam. These overalls are very roomy in the leg, seat and torso-- extremely comfortable. These Bib Overalls run slightly large, which was fine with me. I've washed them up twice and they look and feel great. These Indigo Bib Overalls live up to the value and quality that I've come to expect from all my Dickies products.

Jeans were of great material, very thick denim. However, there should be a sizing discretion. Example - runs big, small, etc. This would help customers order the correct size. I ordered a size 32 and they are HUGE! A big and tall man could fit them. I had to return them and currently waiting on a refund.

products are undersized compared to competition. A 2xl jacket is equivallent to a standard xl jacket by competition. Sizing seems to be for european men (smaller than average american men).

They seem to be well built bib overalls. The back pockets a very large and it makes it hard to get hand tools out. I don’t care for the straps over the shoulder they will net stay where I put them. Constantly loosing up.

New version of overalls has no separation between the 2 front pockets like they used to. Now all my stuff gets mixed up. Otherwise, 5 stars. Also, first pair had a twisted seam on 1 leg. I have no issues with customer service because they handled that beautifully!

I bought one pair of these overalls a few months ago. I wasn't sure I'd like wearing them, but thought I might wear them once in a while. I noticed that they were of 100% cotton and I know cotton can shrink so I ordered them in size 36waist (a size larger than I usually wear) and 32length (the usual size). They fit just right around my waist. The length is long, but I just roll up the cuffs a little and they look really good. The cotton seems to be high quality and somewhat heavyweight but it's feels soft. I wear these almost every day unless I have to dress up to go somewhere and I intend to buy a few more pairs of these and maybe some of the other colors like black duck and hickory stripe.

Dickies makes great work clothes and the Indigo Bib Overalls are no exception. My only suggestion to anyone looking for a pair overalls is that these run way bigger than the suggested size. I bought a pair of 32x32 and while the waist was right the length is more like 34 or 36 than a 32.

I run a children's consignment shop. I'm a pretty big guy with a loud voice which could be intimidating. I found that when I wear overalls the customers and their kids are not intimidated. The kids think I'm a farmer, and nobody gets scared of a farmer. Dickies overalls are comfortable and true to size. I've washed them once and they didn't shrink at all. The price is great but they are slightly thinner than I thought they'd be so I knocked off a star for that.

The inseam is about 4 inches too long. The crotch area is too long. The material shrank up about two inches in every dimension after washing and dry. The shoulder straps are too thin and wrinkle up badly. Overpriced for what you get...not made in the USA.

I love Dickies overalls and have worn them for years, they are long wearing and well constructed. Recently I purchased 2 pair to work into my pants rotation and although they were both the same size on tag one pair seems to have a longer inseam and I am not sure what that is about,

I've bought Dickies bibs for wear at work for over ten years. The straps shrink, lengthwise, over the course of a year; so, I've been ordering mine a few sizes too-large in order to avoid that issue. That means that I have to fold cuffs or get the inseam shortened; but, in return, the bibs are "roomy", which doesn't put a cramp in my range of motion - which covers the full range across a variety of conditions. I buy them around Christmas and have them well-worn-in by the time Summer strikes. "Roomy" cotton bibs are cooler than belted pants, plus the utility and capacity of the pockets are FAR more convenient than those in pants.

Actually I will buy my next pair of Dickies overalls in a low back style and of course wear my Dickies tee shirt. I am tall but my height is not in the length of my legs but rather it is my trunk. Add that to the fact that I a big man and I am a challenge for proper fit.

They weren't the style I wanted but I thought I'd try them anyway. The were very stiff and cheap looking. Did a little research on softening the denim. After washing them a couple times with vinegar, Downey, and hot water they softened right up. Now there soft and don't look cheap.

I'm a 48" waist in virtually everything Dickies, and had to mega upsize these bibs to fit. They are sized based on the inch measurement at your belly, not at your waist! (Wish I had known before I had to return em and upsize them!) But otherwise, they fit great (at size 56!) and are well made.

I have used Dickies for many years. They wear good and the price is right. I really like the pocket arrangement. I have tried others and the way they have the pockets arranged just doesn't work well for me. They wear good and once they start to get holes in them I can make them into shorts for the summer. The only reason for giving them only 4 stars is the straps bunch up when I wash them and I usually have to flatten them out and sometimes iron them flat again but it's not a big deal usually.

Having owned several pairs of sickies bibs in the past (years ago) it should be noted that the pockets seem smaller and the denim is thicker - I’m sure it’s a great product, but can’t seeing myself wearing them enough to know for sure.

Even though I see some minor cosmetic issues (like stitching not trimmed or 100% straight ) in today’s Dickies from when they were made in the United States years back, I still rely on Dickies quality and warranty!! I choose to buy the indigo bibs, wash them myself and break these in rather than buying them washed. The size seems to still run true if not just a little bit larger even after wash for the first time.

I have purchased Dickies overalls for many years with good satisfaction. Two things are different with the 4 pairs I last purchased. The pencil pocket in the bib is not stitched on either side. Thus it is not a pocket. The front pockets are smaller than previous Dickies bib overalls. I do not see a reason for these changes and they reduce the usefulness of the bibs. I view this as a reduction in quality.

The fasteners that hook the straps on broke off. I usually order 2 pairs a year and notice the last few years after a wash or two these pieces have been breaking. Is there any way to send me replacements? Because you can not buy the part to fix them. Very unsatisfied!

I bought two pair of Dickies Overalls recently and now the zipper is broken in both. 1st pair the zipper handle came off at the top. 2nd the zipper is stuck and can't unzip - even tried using pliers to no avail. Roughly $80.00 wasted. Save your money. Buy different brand. Unfortunately I neglected to keep receipt.

I received a well made pair. The size I ordered was wrong, i order a different size that fit better, and it was easy to return the original order. No issues. I love wearing them, very comfortable, and the pockets are very useful for my cell phone, a pair of glasses and a pin, so I'm able to receive calls or texts with easy. I'm glad I bought two pair to go along with another pair I have had for over 20 years, but did not wear often. Now, i'm in a pair almost daily.

We have ordered these overalls for several years.. Durability, high back, and zipper fly are all features my husband likes. However, we order the 30 inch length and it is way too long. The inseam has to be altered or we have them up roll them up to correct length , which is usually 4 to 6 inches, and the cuffs hang on things and fill up with dirt, rocks, hay, etc. If we have them altered, that adds at least $10 to the cost. My husband is 5' 8" and pants inseam is 29 or 30 inches. Please address this issue. I am sure many other "short" people would be pleased!!!!

I have been using Dickies for years, used to wear several brand "X"s, but they got too pricy, and hard tp find! Now that I buy them "direct" they last a lot longer. Very comfortable. I don't know why, but I have to buy 2" longer than my inseam because otherwise they draw up in middle.

Overalls are well constructed with good attention to detail like the stitching on the Suspenders and Bar Tacks at stress points.. Fabric is sturdy and thicker than other brands I have experienced and should wear well. Online ordering was easy and delivery was quick. I ordered mine two inches smaller in the waist from my former overalls and 32 inch inseam which is my normal. Waist fit is good, but I will order 30 inch inseam as the length is generous even after 4-5 hot washings and dryings. Will purchase again.

If the rest of the garment was as good as the denim this would be a solid 5 stars how ever, quality control seems non existent here. I work on 1920s steam locomotives and am always in the public eye. I want to look good while doing my job and I have always worn Key Bibs, simply due to the fact they are easy to get in my area. Frustrated with their quality I tried Roundhouse not satisfied I tried Dickies. I wear a standard 36X34 size in both those, following the Dickies sizing directions i ordered that size. When the first two pairs arrived, they were a solid 3 inches too long. I thought, well no big deal I’ll have them hemmed up and remember that on the next order. Next I ordered 36X32s thinking they would be shorter? Nope. They were not, at least by much. I thought waging they would shrink, and nope they didn’t. The last two pair on the first washing also had all the side buttons come out. So now it’s off to the tailor to have that fixed as well as hemmed. With the price tag on these bibs I have to wonder if they are worth it when calculating in the cost of hemming them up every time and having to replace buttons before they are even worn. With that I have ordered an even shorter pair now to see if that works, if not I will probably just go back to saving money on Keys.

I have a 33" inseam with a wide girth belly... I ordered 60-32. When I put the Over-alls on, the length was/is about 6 inches to long... If I take up the shoulder straps (to where the adjustment catch) is behind my back, they a still too 4 inches 2 long. To use them, I will need to take thim to a taylor.

Ordered a pair to replace a 30-odd year old pair that couldn't hold any more patches! Went for the rigid indigo so as to ensure another 30 years. I have a 36" waist, but I got the 44/32 (because I'm 40" around the middle- you know, where that top button is?). They shrunk up to perfect size with the first hot water washing and drying and softened right up after another. In case folks don't know, rigid means just what it says. You can stand these up in a corner before you wash them. But that's the idea. I'd rather not lose a month or a year or wearable time because somebody's already washed a bunch of the durability and longevity out of them at the factory. if you're looking for soft and faded, go the stone washed rout. If you're looking to wear them a loooong time and break 'em in custom tailored to your specific shape, buy the rigid indigo and wear 'em every day! My bib pockets were absolutely separated and stitched and my pencil pocket fully functional and all my seams straight. I can't recommend these overalls highly enough. But if you're looking for encouragement, I say buy 'em right now!

The last 4 Indigo Bib Overalls I've purchased developed tears in the fabric within the first few days of wearing. Also noted seams coming undone.

I cut them off and turn 'em into work shorts.

I cut them off and turn them into shorts. BEST SHORTS EVER for very hot weather work use. I buy them a little bigger than I need, so they fit loose, and they work great. Dickies should make them like that but I doubt that they ever will.

Bib overalls were great size in the waist. We ordered an inseam of 30, but it really seems to be 36. The hem is several inches longer than my husband's legs.

These overalls are heavy weight material and hold up well to abuse. They also fit better and are more comfortable than most other brands. If you order direct from Dickies the price is very reasonable as well. I’m 100% satisfied with them.

Always very high quality material and workmanship. Hard to find these locally anymore, retailers switching to the inferior Libertys. Only problem I ever have, is I order the same length, every time, and it will vary about an inch. Small price to pay for getting these FAST and how they LAST. Great Product!

Very comfortable. I have had 3 back surgeries. I can't stand regular pants now, it hurts my back to wear anything tight around my waist. These overalls are perfect for my situation. Love the size of the bib pockets. My phone fits perfect.

Comfortable, easy to move around in, climb, bend, etc. Good fit, except for leg which has an inseam 2+ inches longer than I ordered so I have to roll up the bottoms like some hayseed. This might represent a snag hazard with my active lifestyle but we'll see how that goes after they are washed a time or two. Def buy more.

They are a tad big, didn’t have many sizes to choose from so had to go a smidge bigger and they ended up being QUITE a bit larger than they should be! But good quality material will just exchange and hope they get more sizes soon. Shipping was quick though.

I like the dark indigo color of the bibs because it takes them longer to fade; therefore, they look newer for an extended time period. I like the way the front of the bibs is constructed to hold pencils or pens, a small flashlight, and various other small tools. The darker color also makes them look more professional when I go to different job sites. My criticism of the bibs would be that the grade of denim currently used is not as durable as it used to be,but it still beats several other brands which I have worn.

I think these used to be better made in the past. On my current pair the zipper derailed, but I fixed it. And I had to shorten the straps as I am a little chunky. And I have a Samsung S5 Smart phone that is just a little larger then the side pocket. But all things considered, these work for me. I tend to keep a lot of junk in my pockets. And I've probably bought 6 pair over the years. I ordered online as I couldn't find these stocked locally.

I got these for my husband ..he has another pair he has worn out and are too small. But he wears them because their his favorites.. I bout him a brand new pair for Easter.... He was so happy...however I had to wash them a dozen times to make them soft. But they are now his favorite ones..I reccomend these to any man who wants a good pair of overalls.

Great fit, function, and room. I have a very short inseam so I had to take a few inches off. Also the side buttons pull and tear the button hole if you twist/bend certain ways. That said, I’ll probably buy another pair.

Somewhat disappointed to find that the dimension from top of bib to crotch is 1.5" longer than my previous overalls. I am short at 5'4" and must shorten straps to avoid crotch hanging down. With these new overalls, when I shorten the straps, it brings the bib up to my neck making the pockets almost unusable. Been wearing your overalls for many years and this is the first time I've had a problem. Besides a price increase of DOUBLE!

I bought a different brand of bib overalls and the fit was terrible. The straps weren’t long enough, difficult to button and challenging to get on and off. I ordered the Dickies and I knew I had the original. The overalls were comfortable, straps long enough, easy on and off. Ain’t nothing like the REAL THING!!!

I am so disappointed how most all bib overalls these days don't even have a pencil/pen slot. Dickies does! I also am very pleased with the shoulder strap fasteners that snap over the bib button to hold them up. These click with a positive grip that won't come undone in daily body motions/movements like several other "tongue-through-slot" fastener designs do. Also, the positioning of the snap buttons on the bib are placed high on the very top-most, upper edge of the bib front so there is no unsupported fabric to fold over against your chest behind the button fasteners; everything stands up without flopping over. Also, if you carry a railroad pocket watch, there are accommodations for that, as well. (-:

The overalls look well made and are as shown on the Website. For me, they came large. I wear a 38x34 jean but needed to buy a 34x30 to come close to a size that would fit me as a primary covering, w/o pants underneath. The waist on the 34x30 is now a bit snug, but I gained some some by unbuttoning the top waist buttons.

I bought two pair. The first were 34/32 which are my pants size, but could not button the side buttons. The second pair were 36/32 and now I can button the side buttons, but the straps are too short fully extended to work without giving me a wedgie. Disappointed.

I wear your bibs everyday! Have done this for 20 years! Two things I wish u would do #1 make shorter inseams available I have to have them shortened on every pair 28 inseam would be great! #2 make them in camouflage, I hunt a great deal and they would be great in camouflage

Perfectly soft, comfortable denim. It’s hard to find durable, soft denim that flexes (not stretches like the polyester blends), especially when you’re in colder temps; nothing is worse than a stiff pair of dungarees in the cold! They run wide, maybe a little too wide for some. The pair I received has a leg sewn a bit crooked, but I can deal with it considering they are the most comfortable pair of overalls I’ve ever worn. Someone also mentioned they had 3 surgeries and regular pants are no longer convenient and comfortable—this is exactly why I’m a full time coverall wearer as well and love this particular pair.

Would be nice to offer shorter in-seam length for the 54" waist size. At 6'-1" I still have to have 30" in-seam shortened to 27" to prevent work boot catching in side cuff and or cuff draging on ground with straps adjusted to the max. I know from a cost point you can't stock every size but charge a couple extra dollars for the service...I know others would agree. Whats with the freyed material sticking out of the seams???? Quality control !!!!

Even though I ordered the same size my husband has used with other brands, the Dickies bib overalls we're about 6 inches too long! Since I can't get bib overalls anywhere else right now, I decided instead of returning them I would cut off the excess and hem them. The tag inside was the size and length I ordered but were definitely WAY too long!!
